Nice studio close to beach and shops but still in quiet area

Nice studio, small but perfect for two adults and two children. Situated in quiet and peaceful area but still only a few steps to the beach and the nice beachwalk with restaurant and shops. The pool was very nice and never too crowded. The contact with the owner was quick and easy and he was very helpful. We would love to come back again!

Great hosts and location

Jeremy and Arielle were accomodating to our issues. When the balcony door was stuck, they called someone to help us out even though it was late. The location is close to the train and the coast. Clean and safe apartment, good for families.

Bring earplugs!

The studio was quite small, although there were only the two of us. It was well-equipped and reasonably clean except for the balcony area, which had suffered from the visitations of numerous pigeons and was not a nice place to sit out on. The main problem for me was the constant noise from the ventilation shaft and a neighbouring apartment, whose occupant enjoyed playing music late into the night and early hours of the morning. I didn't sleep well at all, despite using earplugs! The owner did offer to send a plumber out for the ventilation noise but we didn't want to wait in and waste our holiday time and I couldn't see how a plumber would be able to rectify the problem anyway. If you are a good sleeper then this apartment might suit you. It is near to the beach and has restaurants and food shops nearby. There is a large fold out bed in the main living area and another bed tucked into the entrance area. Both beds were comfortable.

Je ne vois pas ce que nous pouvions faire de plus. je m'excuse encore pour ce deagrement meme si je pense que comme vous m'avez dit par message telephonique, vous etes excessivement sensible du bruit, et il n'y a qu'a voir, puisque vous etes les premiers à vous palindre de cela, mais nous allons tenir compte de votre commentaire, pour ameliorer cela

Piccolo appartamento molto molto carino, pulito, lineare, con un bel terrazzo con vista sulla piscina e il giardino. La piscina è pulitissima e poco frequentata, quindi se non hai voglia di scendere in spiaggia hai un'alternativa. La spiaggia è vicina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Logement proche de la plage bien équipé avec piscine et place de parking...toutefois un peu juste pour 4 personnes surtout lorsque l'on met le dernier couchage enfant mais gérable pour 1 semaine de vacances.

Gemischte Gefühle

Die Kommunikation mit Jeremy war unkompliziert. Er hat uns super per WhatsApp erklärt. Die Wohnung zu finden war leicht. Das Meer war wirklich sehr nah. In der nähe gab es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist klein aber praktisch. Wir fanden aber die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht gut.

Arielle et Jérémy sont des hôtes au top, d'une gentillesse extrême. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer et de toutes commodités. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour des vacances réussies. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ;-)

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Jeremy. Il est bien placé (proche transport en commun , plage, restaurant ). Sa compagne a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer à notre arrivée. Nous le recommandons et retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représentait.

Un séjour de rêve

Très belle propriét,propre et calme, située à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et de ses nombreux restaurants, la gare TER est également proche, ce qui est très pratique pour les voyages en train. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très souple pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Vous disposez dans l'enceinte de l'immeuble d'un emplacement privatif en sous sol pour la voiture, en extérieur, une piscine est à votre disposition. Ma femme et moi, recommandons vivement cette location.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement qui est à proximité de tous, la plage est à 2 minutes à pied, la piscine est propre et calme. Résidence sécurisée très calme et propre également. C'est un magnifique endroit à visiter proche de Nice, Cannes... Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Jeremy et son futur petit guide 😊. Jeremy à été très arrangeant avec nous, l'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Nous reviendrons ça c'est certains. Merci

Appartement agréable et propre ; idéal pour un couple. Le propriétaire nous a remis serviettes et draps c'est bien rare merci Jérémy. Très bon relationnel . Endroit parfait pour visiter Nice et les environs

Jeremy et Arielle sont des hôtes parfaits et très attentionnés. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos deux enfants et c’était très bien. Lappart est très bien sécurisé avec accès à un stationnement interieur. Une excellente boulangerie est juste au coin de la rue et l’accès à la plage est à deux minutes. Aussi à 200m il a la gare croc-de-cagne qui est à deux station de la gare de Nice. Merci encore aux hôtes!

Nice apartment

Really nice apartment close to the beach, with a swimming pool and parking. Jérémy is a great host and he took the time to show us how everything works.
