Our 13 apartments, ideally located in the residence of the Estran ,65 rue du puits d'Enfert in Château d Olonne in the Vendée (85100), remarkable for its sunshine on the edge of the Côte de Lumière . Our beautiful and unique residence due to its exceptional location by the sea, the Corniche in the South of the Sables d'Olonne and the Puit d'enfert . Close to nature and the countryside; its ideal location for hiking and cycling with its secure bike paths. But also the nearby town (3mn by car or 10 mn by bike)and the thalassotherapy center at Lac du Tanchet, the nearest beach at 1.2km and shopping centers and restaurants. 7 apartments are ideally located with panoramic sea front views and a south facing terrace. Other 6 apartments have a view on large heated swimming pool (in season) the landscaped garden with sea view for some and terrace facing south Our beautiful residence is very appreciated by its calm and the quality of the services for a family holiday.
The residence consists of apartments in small 1-storey buildings, with large landscaped green spaces, a children’s playground, a petanque court and table tennis.

Two heated pools are available from April to September.

The apartments feature tiled floors, a dining area and a flat-screen satellite TV. The en suite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Their fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.
