The apartment, overlooking the Saint Etienne Chapel, is located in a famous pedestrian street, in the heart of the historic center of Beaune.

Its location allows you to walk to all the centers of interest of the city (Hospices de Beaune 250 meters) as well as bars and restaurants.

With its period oak floor, the Home Carnot has been carefully renovated to a high standard.

It has all modern facilities allowing you to spend a pleasant stay: American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave.

You also have a washing machine.

The Beaune apartment was just as advertised. Very clean, updated furnishings, , kitchen and overall excellent. The host provided fresh towels, comfortable beds with nice sheets, pilllows and futons. The free parking in a covered garage was a big benefit. Since it was over a very busy restaurant, it could be a little noisy until around 11:00 each night. The shower in the forward bedroom ensuite bathroom was slow draining but only a minor inconvenience. The location was perfect as it was in the heart of the walled Old Town, near restaurants, stores, and historic sites, including options for wine tasting. We would choose to stay here again if we wee to come back to Beaune.

The location could not have been better! Right in the city center, everything is walkable. Allan was very responsive when we had an issue with the television. He had a solution within hours. There are two bathrooms, but only one toilet, separate from the bathrooms, off the kitchen/laundry room. It worked fine for us, but something to be aware of. Would definitely stay there again!

Very pretty place in the heart of Beaune. Great air conditioning and beautiful view. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurate. It is a 2 shower, 1 toilet apartment. The toilet is right off the kitchen which made it VERY awkward with our other house guest. The listing showed it as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I am pretty sure a bathroom is required to have a toilet to be considered a bathroom. The listing was VERY misleading and when asked about it, the management company argued with my husband. The photo from VRBO specifically showed 2 toilets with a shower only. This, to us, said there wasn’t a tub. Otherwise this was a very nice place but we NEVER would have rented it if we knew there was only 1 toilet off the kitchen with no sink in the toilet. room. We had to wash our hands in the kitchen sink.
