This three-storey townhouse for six guests is close to the centre of the historic town of Beaune. With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, we think it is a great choice for three couples visiting the region to discover its wonderful wines, or even for a family looking to explore this wonderful area.

The open-plan ground floor means there is plenty of space for guests, while the first floor is given over to a very elegant master suite. The two bedrooms on the top floor share a bathroom, but the toilet is separate. The whole house is air-conditioned, which summer guests will be very grateful for!

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Perfect Stay Near Beaune

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Mapie was very responsive to us, within five minutes, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic village of Beaune and very close to the local vineyards as well. The beds were extremely comfortable with a very warm duvet, especially good as we were visiting during one of the coldest periods of the year. We would ABSOLUTELY return here and would recommend this to any of our friends and clients.

Comfortable and Convenient Near Beaune

Nice house on two floors (steep stairs), well renovated and equipped, with an excellent heating system (we had snow and -3°C outside). Very quiet, free street parking, fully equipped kitchen, and within walking distance to Beaune city. The first-floor bedroom is huge, with a nice bathtub and shower.

This was a lovely home just a short walk into central Beaune and a great home base for some activities throughout Burgundy for a few days. The place is well maintained and comfortable with pleasant decor and amenities.

Modern Comfort in the Heart of Beaune

The house was recently renovated and is very pleasant to stay in. The beds are large and comfortable. Both floors have a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is only one 2–3 seater sofa downstairs, which was fine for the three of us, but might be a bit limiting if six adults were staying. The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the town center. In the other direction, it’s a short bike ride to the vineyards. Beaune has many restaurants; our favorite was La Ciboulette—very French, requiring a sense of humor, but the food is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

Comfort and Quiet Just Steps from Beaune’s Center

Great location for Beaune — very walkable to the city center. We were initially concerned about parking but always found street parking within a block of the property. The street was quiet. We appreciated having separate AC systems in each bedroom, so no one had to agree on a single temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house for a short stay in Beaune - great location, clean and comfortable and everything very easy and convenient. Only (very small) improvement would be a proper coffee machine!

Wonderful

Our family of five had a superb stay at Maison Guigone! It was in the perfect little town and close to everything we needed. We especially loved the ability to walk safely into town for eating, shopping, etc. The house was decorated lovely and it is clear that a lot of thought went into every special touch. We were a bit squeezed tight on the top floor with two adults and one teen, I think it’s the perfect house for a couple of two. A/C was a plus and the hosts provide a wealth of information to make your stay wonderful.

Charming house near Beaune center

It is a very nice house, well-maintained and similar to the photos on the website. It is within walking distance of the center of Beaune and has enough kitchen supplies for cooking. Everything is in perfect order. There is a lovely park with a playground just a 5-minute walk away.
