This factory has been transformed into an unusual space composed of
4 Bed and Breakfast (up to 11 people) and 1 Cottage (1 to 4 people).
This place has been rehabilitated by highlighting the local industrial environment :


Located in Picardy, Aisne, in the middle of downtown St Quentin
Close to the town hall, the Fervaque Palace, the Cathedral, museums and Jean Villar theatre.

Despite shops and restaurants proximity you will be amazed by the quietness of this place.

Appartement avec beaucoup de style

Gîte Motobépcane, on penserait à un séjour un peu anarchique, peu luxurieux. Il n'en est de rien. De même que le séjour dans une belle chambre d'hôte de La Filiature, l'année dernière, le gîte propose le même bon goût pour la déco et possède en tant qu'appartement un très bon équipement. J'ai apprécié la douche luxueuse, la belle cuisine, et les moments confortables dans le salon. J'ai aussi bien aimé la corbeille de petit-déjeuner, proposée en option.

Séjour d'une semaine pour visite familiale.

Après plusieurs séjours à la Filature , nous apprécions toujours autant la situation centrale de l'appartement trés confortable et son équipement complet . Nous apprécions également la gentillesse et l'accueil de Carole toujours disponible.
