This lovely property is located on the fourth floor and is a spacious two bedroom apartment, located right in the heart of Estepona marina is close to shops, restaurants, bars and two blue flag beaches - Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada. A car is definitively not required when staying here. It offers two air-conditioned twin bedrooms and a large renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and washing machine. There are two comfortable single beds in each bedroom. The lounge area, also with independant air-conditioning has direct access to the balcony and comfortable seating for four and an international television system offering channels in English, French, German and Dutch, plus Scandinavian languages. A high speed internet connection via fiber optic with Wifi is also available. You’ll also find a dining area with seating for four just next to the kitchen, which has a handy serving hatch. The balcony with its wonderful views over the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea, has a dining table and four comfortable chairs for alfresco dining or relaxing. The kitchen, which is just off the lounge has a fridge freezer, oven with four ring hob, toaster, kettle and ample pots and pans for a self-catering holiday. Within the urbanisation you have two swimming pools and parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. This is a great family apartment in a good location and ideal for a family holiday in Estepona, here on the Costa del Sol.

Great place to stay

Great apartment with fantastic views, plenty of good restaurants in the port. A short walk along the seafront into town. We had a great time thanks.

2 Bed apartment overlooking marina

The property is well placed overlooking the Marina at Estepona. There is an outside terrace but during the winter isn’t warm enough for sitting outside, as it’s mostly in the shade, I’m sure it’s wonderful during the summer. The only comment I would make is poor bedding linen. Single duvet covers that don’t fit the duvet properly, and base sheets that constantly slide off- minor irritations but could be improved upon . Apartment is comfortable but a little Spartan , fine for a short stay, but we still needed to sweep under beds, soon after arrival. The apartment could do with a few more cleaning products in order to help the bathroom clean, would be happy to help with day to day wipe downs . Overall had a pleasant stay in a very nice town with a wonderful view!
