Brand new lovely 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment with beautiful balcony located in the Port Area of Estepona.

Carefully decorated and prepared for a perfect holiday, with a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, internet and private underground parking.

Great sea and panoramic views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the old town of Estepona, very centrally located within walking distance to restaurant, bars, supermarkets, the marina, and the promenade. It is next door to the “Las Mesas” sports club which offers paddle tennis, gym, yoga facilities as well as a small restaurant.

The nearest beach, “Playa del Cristo” is 550 meters walk and two more beaches are accessible within walking distance.

The apartment is situated in one of the new buildings of Puerto Blanco, a beautiful community located on Avenida Reina Sofia (it´s on a hill). The large swimming pool, in the same complex is accessible from the next street (Av. Puerta del Mar). Open from June till September.

Disappointed that the swimming pool closed 1 week after arrival although the weather was still good. Property situated at the top of 'cardiac hill' which for people with mobility issues would be a problem. Bed linen could be better.

Hola Yvonne, Gracias por tus comentarios. En la descripción dice claramente que está localizado en UNA CUESTA, incluso indicamos la dirección para que se pueda ver en google. Acerca de la ropa de cama, que raro que te quejes on line cuando has venido tantas veces a la oficina y ni lo has mencionado, es un piso nuevo con nueva ropa de cama, una pena que haya sido de tu agrado. Lo que no entiendo es la queja de la piscina, dice claramente que está abierta de junio a septiembre y cerró la tercer semana de setiembre. Saludos Genius Properties

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement en juillet. Très belle vue au 6eme ET. Bien équipé, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes, table de cuisson, wifi....., et décoré avec bon gout. En résumé, conforme à la description de l'annonce

Estancia agradable

El apartamento estaba nuevo y muy limpio pero le faltan un par de cosas: Los dos baños necesitan un soporte para el papel higiénico y una alfombrilla de baño al salir de la ducha, pero cabe destacar que estaban muy limpios. La luz del aire acondicionado no me dejaba dormir y creo que debería tener una tapa para tapar la luz o tener una opción de desactivarla. Las batidoras estaban muy viejas en mi opinión. Para ir a la playa o a la piscina había que bajar una cuesta bastante larga. Sin embargo el personal es atento y el piso nos ha parecido muy cómodo a la vez que tranquilo exceptuando el extractor de los baños. En resumen una buena estancia, lo recomendaría.

Fin lägenhet, högt läge, med en fantastisk utsikt över bergen, staden och havet. Nära till bad och gym samt till hamnen och den gamla delen av staden.
