In the Hooiberg #5 apartment there is a living room downstairs kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for two persons and a small bedroom for one person.
The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer and a total of three drawers. There is a combi microwave and of course a dishwasher.

T-Tax is 1.50 p/p p/n as a Deposit of 250,- EUR due on arrival before check-in

In the Hooiberg #5 apartment there is a living room downstairs kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for two persons and a small bedroom for one person.
The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer and a total of three drawers. There is a combi microwave and of course a dishwasher.
There is a TV with cable reception from KPN Digitenne. There is also of course WIFI present.

Also in front of the apartment is a terrace with stunning views of the meadow and playground. Lovely when the children are playing in the playground and you can enjoy a drink, breakfast or meal on the terrace. Really enjoy, as vacation should be. In the meadow and there is also an outdoor barbecue.

Very relaxing

Very comfortable and relaxing place. We are so glad we stayed there in the middle of our 20 days European trip. We had a chance to catch our breaths as well as enjoy the country life. Don't be afraid to open the windows - no mosquitoes and fresh air along with comfy beds guarantee the good night sleep. Mona is a pleasure to deal with!

Schöner Urlaub im Groene Hart von Süd-Holland

Gute Unterkunft auf einem ehem. Bauernhof. Es gibt insgesamt 7 Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe und wir hatten richtig internationale Nachbarschaft. Der Ort Boskoop bietet alles für die Nahversorgung und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen. Mit dem Rad kann man direkt vom Hof aus starten, die umliegenden Städte und der Strand sind im Schnitt in 30 bis 40 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir haben schöne 14 Tage erlebt!

Wir haben 7 tolle Tage hier verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sie ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Von hier aus kann man viele Tagestouren planen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

-saubere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf einem kinderfreundlichen Ferienhof mit netten Vermietern, die auf alle Fragen und Anliegen eingehen - super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren durch die holländische Polderlandschaft zu den verschiedensten Zielen (Gouda, Avifauna) - herrliche Strände, z.B. am Hoek von Holland mit dem Auto gut erreichbar - Vielen Dank, wir haben uns wunderbar erholt!

Excellent place to stay

Nice place to stay, good location, very clean. The only criticism is the pillows were lumpy, beds were comfy though! Mona is a lovely host.

Family of 5 week

A brilliant week, our first in The Netherlands. The location of the house was perfect, we were able to cycle to Gouda, visit Amsterdam and Rotterdam, learn about the technology behind the huge network of waterways and see the watermills at work at the Kinderdijks. At the end of each day our children played in the lovely playground and 'talk' with the ponies and goats. An excellent base with helpful and friendly hosts, Mona and family.

Worth the return visit!

Die Ferienwohnungen sind schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein großzügiges Außengelände mit neu angelegtem Spielplatz ist vorhanden. Fahrräder zum ausleihen sind auch da. Die Gegend ist ruhig, hier lässt sich entspannen. Es gibt genügend Ausflugsziele, die in kurzer Fahrtzeit erreichbar sind. Wir kommen sicher wieder. :)

Perfect base for our family holiday

Lovely house in a great location to explore Holland and the Netherlands. It had everything we needed along with a very warm welcome. The location was great for reaching various cities and sights as well as being within a comfortable drive of the seaside. The local town was very pleasant with a variety of shops - although we found supermarkets in the Netherlands generally much harder to locate than in the UK and as a rule much smaller so it is worth planning ahead before going to find one. There were a variety of bike routes which could be followed from the house with lots of pretty canals and countryside around. The house was clean and comfy and a pleasure to come back to at the end of each busy day. In addition the garden provided a lovely area for the children to play - a playground including fantastic sunken trampoline plus lots of space for football and riding bikes (lots of equipment provided). There was also plenty of options to sit out and enjoy the scenery. The farm animals provided further interest. Couldn't have asked for nicer, more helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this holiday home. Only slight warning is to be aware the stairs are fairly steep for little children, but our (only just) 3 year old negotiated them without problems all week so I'm sure all but the least stable children would be fine. Thank you for the use of your house Mona.

Nice green and quiet place with excellent playground, where your children can spend a lot of time during your morning coffe on the terrase and enjoing the view. All of our destinations to visit were about 30-60 min. away by car, good location. The owner is very friendly and helped us with a child bed, which was prepered when we arrived. Mona, thanks a lot for your hospitality and we hope to come back as soon as possible.

Perfect for a family with young kids

We had a wonderful time at the Christinahoeve. Mrs. Vermeulen was very accommodating and fulfilled all of our special requests. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the play area and the animals. Would definitely stay here again, but I would bring some warm slippers in the winter, because the floor was a little cold. I loved how Mrs. Vermeulen decorated the apartment for the holidays and there were some delicious cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Einfache aber geschmackvolle Einrichtung in schöner Umgebung.

Sehr schönes und durchaus ruhiges Ambiente. Familiäre Athmosphäre. Leider sehr unbequeme Matratzen.

location super bien placée, au calme. Propriétaires super sympa mais si c'est pas toujours facile de communiquer quand on ne parle pas la même langue. Location très propre et tout équipée. les lits sont fait, ils y a pleins de serviette de toilette, et tout pour faire la vaisselle, utiliser le lave vaisselle etc... Petite terrasse super sympa, et le plus c'est pour les enfants , pleins de jeux pour eux en extérieur.Dans le bourg il y a tout les commerce qu il faut . et super coin pour les ballades a vole. franchement je recommande cet endroit

Geweldig

Wij komen zeer regelmatig uit Canada naar Nederland en natuurlijk proberen we eerst een plekje op de Christina Hoeve te krijgen voor ons verblijf. Het is een schoon, bedden opgemaakt ruim huiselijk goed onderhouden appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die contact houden of alles naar wens is bij aankomst en vertrek. Een absolute aanrader. Mooie landelijke omgeving en voor ons centraal gelegen.

Un entorno muy agradable

Estuvimos 10 días en uno de los apartamentos de 1 dormitorio, 2 adultos, 1 niño y 1 bebé nos sentimos muy a gusto, el apartamento era bastante espacioso y el mobiliario bastante nuevo. Además había zonas comunes para que jugaran los niños y una pequeña granja. Los dueños de la casa son muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que les pedimos. Los alrededores de la casa nos gustaron mucho, la casa está rodeada de canales. Es un entorno rural muy bonito y de los pueblos de alrededor Gouda es muy recomendable, un ciudad pequeñita pero con encanto y además con su famoso mercado de queso. Para nosotros fue un buen punto de partida para conocer parte de Holanda y algo de Bélgica. Recomendamos la casa sin duda y también para familias con niños el parque de atracciones de Efteling.

Jos and Mona Vermeulen took over the farm in 2012. The apartments were already present at that time. In 2013 we have continued the rental of the apartments with great enthusiasm. We now try to give our own twist to the whole, in terms of design. We have built apartment #7 in 2016. Apartments #8 and #9 are realised in 2022. our goal is to make everyone feel welcome and have a great holiday.

Christinahoeve is a beautiful old farmhouse with a great view on the meadows. Yet we are very centrally located. The highway can be reached in about five minutes. Through which you can reach all major cities in about 30 minutes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht can be reached in about 30 minutes. It is a perfect base for your vacation. You can visit us in the area beautiful cycling and walking, but we are also very central to various attractions. But we are also a great location for business trips. Our apartments are warm and homey, so you do not have to stay in a hotel room in the evening, but you can enjoy watching TV or reading and when the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace in front of your apartment until the late hours. In addition, there is free wifi connection everywhere. Wich is working good when used basic. When a lot of people are uploading films or playing games quality decreases.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our old farmhouse still has many of the authentic details. For example, in the apartments on the part the old support beams are still visible. And in the haystack the old stable windows come back again. The view is great. Whether you look from your terrace or enjoy a glass of wine on a summerevening everywhere you look on the pastures. The children can play, there is a trampoline, slide swing and of course there are the animals. We also have several bicycles and a go-kart to play with.
