"Le Méditerranée 157", located on the Corniche des Baux in Sanary-sur-Mer, is a spacious and bright 1-bedroom apartment (47m²) for 4 people with a unique 180° sea view over the bay of Sanary and the open ocean. It is southeast-facing, on the 4th and top floor with an elevator, in a very quiet waterfront environment.

Located a 10-minute walk from the port and Portissol beach, on the Corniche des Baux (a private and secure cul-de-sac), you have easy access to all shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

In the summer, you can visit the Sanary market every morning (once a week off-season) or enjoy the large Provençal market on Wednesday mornings. It was voted "Most Beautiful Market in France" in May 2018 by 4 million viewers on the TF1 national news!

For sleeping arrangements, there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds (which can be set up as 2 single beds or one 160 cm Queen-size double bed) and a comfortable quick-unfold sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, showerhead, and a shower screen.

The terrace is furnished for dining and relaxing: electric awning, sun loungers, table, and chairs. You can store your bicycles in the dedicated locked room and park your vehicle in the secure communal parking lot (accessed via a barrier at the entrance of the cul-de-sac) at the foot of the building (which has a secure keypad entry).

The apartment holds a 3-star (★★★) rating issued by the Ministry of Tourism, through the Sanary Tourist Office.

Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves lapping on the rocks below

The apartment is practical and convenient, with very comfortable bed(s), and private parking in a quiet and lovely location at the base of cliffs with a good sized terrace and great views overlooking the bay of Sanary. Restaurants, cafés and shops in the port area just a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. Sanary is a lively place in July with a market every evening in the port as well as other street entertainment and lots of choice for eating and drinking. Beaches are within 15 or 20 minutes walk depending which direction you go in. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment at the top floor

95% worked well. The internet speed (WiFi) is not acceptable - it is impossible to use for "work"/business upload approx. 5MB and upload 0,5MB. The WiFi signal is also very weak due to the fact that the router is located in the neighbour apartment. No "female plug" for direct access to router was available. The apartment is highly recommendable if the internet connection is improved. Also kindly remember to advise, the access code for the main entrance changes "every year" at 1st September.. best regards Karin & Allan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, malgré la chaleur qui nous a un peu empéché de circuler mais cela n'est pas votre faute.Par ailleurs j'étaid très peinée pour votre table.Nous aurions juste à relever que la baignoire devrait avoir des poignées pour en sortir car très glissant.Merci à vous et votre agent pour l'accueil très agréable et sympathique

Parfait

Quel plaisir de revenir dans cet appartement que nous avions déjà loué l'an passé ! L'emplacement est idéal, face à la mer, avec une vue à couper le souffle, à proximité du centre de Sanary et des commerces. Nous avons déposé la voiture en arrivant sur le parking privé de la résidence et ne l'avons reprise que pour partir. L'appartement est confortable, très lumineux, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Une perle, en somme... Pour ne rien gâcher, l'accueil est très chaleureux et M. Teisseire fait tout son possible pour satisfaire les locataires.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement avec une vue imprenable. Néanmoins, l’hébergement mérite d’être un petit peu rénové. Si l’on souhaite être pointilleux, il y a pas mal de choses à faire.

Appartement impeccable et très bien agencé, belle vue sur la mer. Point négatif, Le centre de Sanary en travaux et du fait de l'écroulement d'une partie de la digue, stationnement très restreint devant l'immeuble, malgré tout un bon point pour la fourniture d'un abonnement ticket gratuit pour les parkings alentour.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et idéalement situé au dernier étage. Très bien situé également par rapport au centre-ville mais au calme. Des travaux dans quelques appartements engendrent quelques nuisances sonores en journée. Mais le séjour sous le soleil a été très apprécié. Grand merci à Bruno et Lydie qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement

Sehr netter Empfang, toller Blick auf das Mee, Umgebung etc.perfekt. Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze für mich zu hart. Mobiliar sehr gemütlich. Strand nicht zu empfehlen. 15 Min viel Seegras am Ufer, keine Dusche. Der Ort Sanary bezaubernd. Zu Empfehlen im ganzen Jahr

Wunderbare Aussicht und tolle Lage

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Appartement hat eine traumhafte Lage - sehr zentral- und gleichzeitig einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Sandstrand ist fussläufig erreichbar und auch der Weg zu den damaligen Unterkünften der Exilliteraten ist bequem erreichbar.
