Apartment completely renovated, composed of a large living room of 40 m2 with a terrace of 16m2 facing south with table, chairs and loungers.
2nd floor.
furnished with a corner sofa seating, a large flat screen TV.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, overlooking loggia.
Large bedroom with wardrobe, 160 new bedding and quality
Bathroom, washing machine and separate WC with Handguards
Private parking, secure entrance
reversible air conditioning (bedroom and living room) and central heating.
quiet residence ideally located 8 minutes from the port and shops and 15 minutes walk from the beach Bonnegrace, and 20 minutes walk from the beach Portissol.
This very comfortable and fully furnished apartment nine, is suitable for both summer and winter holidays. Sanary is a small fishing village, lively summer and winter.
You will find a theater, a beautiful Provencal market on Wednesday, a sale of fish by fishermen live on the harbor in the morning, small restaurants located in the pedestrian streets, a very welcoming port with bars and terraces.
Someone will meet you at your arrival and you will install.

Lovely apartment in a really good location

The apartment is in a really good location near the town centre, the view from the balcony is lovely. The area is really quiet. There is also a parking space which is essential. Sanary sur mer is a very nice town, this was our 3rd stay in Sanary but in different apartments. The only criticism we had is that we had to pay 50 euros in cash for the bed linens and towels and make the bed ourselves. We stayed for 2 weeks and were not given spare sheets or towels. For the price you pay in the summer it should be included. I would definitely recommend the flat.

Schöne große Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. guter Parkplatz am Haus , Unsere Fahrräder durften wir an einem sicheren Platz abstellen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Quel bel endroit !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Sanary. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et la personne qui nous a reçus nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. L'appartement est grand, lumineux, idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter facilement du port, des commerces,des plages sans prendre la voiture et sans galères de stationnement. Nous reviendrons dans cette superbe location !

Nur zu empfehlen

Sanary sur Mer hat uns sehr gefallen - besonders die Strände Six-Fours les Plages, die netten Menschen, die engen Gässchen und Restaurants mit dem typischen Südfranzösischen Flair und der Markt! Die Wohnung war für uns ideal gelegen, sehr ruhig, aber ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, und man ist direkt im Geschehen. Der Strand war ca. 10-20 Minuten entfernt (zu Fuß und je nachdem, je nachdem, welchen Strand man bevorzugt). Übergabe und Rückabwicklung der Wohnung waren unkompliziert.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, was sehr angenehm war.Stadtnahe Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock eines modernen Hauses, aber ohne Aufzug. Sie ist gut aufgeteilt, hat bequeme Betten und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, sodass man jederzeit Lust hatte selbst zu kochen . Das Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick über Sanary bis zum Meer. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Das Highlight ist der relativ große Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Sanary bis zum Meer.

Schöne Lage in Sanary-sur-Mer

Die Wohnung ientspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer ist traumhaft. Sie st gut ausgestattet und liegt ca 400 m vom Hafen entfernt. So lässt sich im Hafen ein Aperitif genießen, ohne dass jemand noch mit dem Auto fahren muss. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist direkt an der Wohnung. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

très bel appartement avec vue sur la baie de Sanary

Séjour très agréable , appartement très bien équipé , résidence calme . A quelques minutes à pieds des petites rues piétonnes et du port de Sanary . La vue est magnifique , à tel point que nous pourrions rester des heures à regarder la vue ! Admirer le feu d’artifice depuis la terasse était vraiment super ! De plus , très bon accueil par Me L , qui a su nous donner de bons conseils de visites :)

Séjour avec vue sur mer et le village de Sanary excellent

Séjour parfait , accueil très chaleureux et conseils sympathiques . Nous conseillons vivement ce lieu . La vue sur la baie de Sanary est magnifique , on ne s’en lasse pas . Quitter l’appartement se fait avec regret , la possibilité d’y revenir compense cependant . Petit conseil : pensez à apporter vos draps et serviettes , cependant il est possible d’en louer .
