This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just 50m to Fig Tree Bay Beach and to Protaras strip.

As you enter this modern villa, the ground floor has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, widescreen and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your comfortable self-catering stay and the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons.
You will also find one of the four bedrooms with a double bed on this floor and the ground floor W/C.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C and a double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main family bathroom is also on this floor with shower and W/C.

Outside, in the large and spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, shaded seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with beautiful sea views.

A Beautiful and modern villa, in a superb and central location, ideal those looking for a peaceful and relaxing break.

Family Holiday in Jason Villas

The property is ideally located for everything you need with shops, bars, and the beach, all within easy walking distance. We were a family of 6 and the villa was more than big enough for all of us. The outside area had plenty of space and we could all easily fit in the pool.
