Situated in a commanding coastal location in North Devon, this 2 bedroom, 4th floor waterside apartment, with sea-facing balcony, enjoys fantastic uninterrupted views over the Bristol Channel and rugged coastline towards the Welsh coast. The apartment is within short walking distance of the sea front, harbour and town with all of its restaurants, cafes, shops, cinema and theatre. There is secure gated parking and lift access to the apartment.

A view to die for!

We had a wonderful stay in ilfracombe and could not fault the acco.adation we stayed in, it had all the amenities you could need and was very lean and tidy and a view over thecoast which you could spend hours just sitting there and looki g out!

Stunning Views and Perfect Location

Booked the apartment for a long weekend with friends. The location and views are amazing, there’s everything you need for a short or long stay. Can’t recommend this place enough and just can’t wait to return. It was a real bonus to have a parking space too and everything in Ilfracombe is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Lovely host, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous Views

Unbeatable views from a great location. The apartment was quiet with good amenities. Once we got over the initial disappointment of the kitchen area not being as clean as expected, we had a great time and would recommend the property. We will remember those views for a long time.

Stunning views

The property is located in a great location with fantastic views from all rooms in the apartment. The property is warm and cosy and we received a lovely welcome pack that included a bottle of wine. The property was well equipped and very spacious. It was also nice and light as a result of the number of windows. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Stunning!

A lovely place to stay. We had a problem on the first day but Dee was quick to get it sorted. It’s a lovely, modern apartment with everything you could need. It can get a little chilly being so close to the cost but there are plenty of heaters and blankets to keep you warm. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment was lovely and the views absolutely stunning. The parking was easy within the grounds once we figured out the process. The second car was able to park right outside for free although the spaces filled up fairly quickly but there were also car parks nearby. It was an easy walk into Ilfracombe, with lots of places to eat, although most you need to book well in advance. We think without doubt it was the best property we have stayed in.

We booked the view, we got the view ;)

The accommodation is all about the view. Don't get me wrong. The 2 bed, 2 bath, spacious apartment has all the things that you need, but you can't be in there and not be distracted by the dominating feature of "looking out". Just lovely :-)

Fantastic Apartment

We loved this place. It must truly have the best views in Ilfracombe. We spent hours looking out of different windows, watching the views change with the light and the tides and the weather. The building itself has an interesting history - the museum (which is a stone’s throw away) has some information about it if you ask. A perfect location generally but particularly if you are going to a wedding at the Tunnels Beaches. We hope we have an opportunity to go back to Ilfracombe some time, so that we can stay in the apartment again. Thank you Dee.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views

The apartment was fabulous and the views were amazing! The parking space in the secure gated car park on site was perfect, very easy check-in process. The apartment had everything you would need for a very comfortable self catering break. The main bedroom was lovely as every morning you could wake up and see the sea, we slept with the windows open every night and it was just so relaxing and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite was a good size. The views from all of the windows in the apartment were stunning, we spent many hours in the living room just looking out to sea and in to the town. Also the balcony was great for morning sunshine until about 2.30pm, we had our breakfast out there every day. The town was an easy walk down the hill through the gardens where there were plenty of restaurants and bars, plus the usual seaside shops, which were lovely. We would thoroughly recommend Dee's place and can't wait to go back again soon.

Lovely apartment- unbeatable views

This is overall a great apartment with just a few minor issues. Finish could be a bit better (ill fitting/ damaged carpets in places, scuffs on walls etc) and cleaning although generally fine would benefit from a bit more attention (cobwebs, and all the air fresheners left out were empty). The balcony does not look like the picture, the view is fantastic but the furniture was so rusty we were reluctant to use it. When we arrived the main bedroom windows were covered in bird mess, we managed to lean out and clean them which improved things a lot so we could enjoy the views. Having said all that, we loved the apartment overall. Location was great for harbour and town, off road parking a big bonus. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the space and the communication with the host was brilliant- she was very responsive and answered all our queries prior to the holiday. We had a minor plumbing issue while we were there which was sorted out quickly with no fuss. As others have said, this apartment is all about the views and they are simply stunning, we spent hours just looking out of the windows! You can see both the sea and the town. Can’t imagine anywhere in the area has better views frankly and we loved being able to hear the sea. Overall we would absolutely recommend this apartment and hope to return to it soon.

Our apartment is located literally on the water front. We are on the top floor and the views are phenomenal from every window. We can see out to sea towards the Welsh coastline, out over the town of Ilfracombe and also towards the Harbour. We have secure gated parking, lift access and when the weather proves chilly, underfloor heating. The apartment has everything you should need for a relaxing stay and an added bonus is that there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. Saunton Sands, Woolacombe Bay and Croyde Bay are a short drive away and we are not far from train stations that can take you to London or down to Cornwall

What makes this apartment unique is the layout and outlook. We have a turret on one side looking out over the sea and a tower on the other side looking out towards the town and harbour. When you open the door to the living room, it is hard to choose where to sit as the views are just spectacular! The balcony looks out over the sea and the town and feels private being up on the 4th and top floor. The main bedroom has windows the length of the room overlooking nothing but sea. Having secure gated parking is a bonus as the car parks in the Summer months get very busy.
