Next to one of the trendiest shopping areas in the city, which encompasses the surroundings of Fuencarral Street, a wide pedestrian avenue full of the most fashionable shops and the liveliest cafés, and which leads to Madrid's Gran Vía itself.
Next to Sagasta Street or Bilbao roundabout and Fernando VI Street, the city's new golden mile, a mix of glamour, nineteenth-century architecture, boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. With capacity for 4 people, this apartment has two bedrooms, both equipped with two very comfortable double beds and wardrobes, one with access to the balcony and another with a window overlooking the interior courtyard. Perfect for two couples or two work colleagues.
In your renovation, you have opted for a single, more spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The property stands out for the great style of its renovation, which has been carried out with high-quality materials, as well as its decoration. respecting the architectural elements of the flat, such as its mouldings and its beams.
The kitchen is the star of the show when you enter the apartment: it features a central island and is incorporated into the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa and two large windows overlooking the street that bring plenty of light to the space.
It is a high-quality accommodation, very welcoming and full of charm, equipped with all amenities.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
