The Ópera apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, an ideal place to make Madrid your home and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The building features a communal pool and gym for guests’ enjoyment, offering all the amenities to make you feel at home.

This magnificent and spacious 140-square-meter apartment is very bright and perfect for families or large groups. It has 3 bedrooms:

One bedroom with a double bed, small balcony, wardrobe, and a full en-suite bathroom.

Another bedroom with a double bed, balcony, and wardrobe.

A third bedroom with bunk beds and a walk-in closet.

There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor houses a large living room with two comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing and enjoying a good movie after a long day exploring the city. From the living room, you have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, plates, glasses, pans, and cooking utensils.

Additionally, on this floor, there is a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, independent dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Among the apartment’s amenities, you will also find free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEXT DOOR BUILDING IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND UNFORTUNATELY DURING THE DAYTIME THERE IS SOME NOISE.





HOW TO MOVE

You have all public transport within 100 meters, including the electric bicycles of Madrid.



IMPORTANT NOTES:



-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

The apartment was adequate for our family of six, and the location was excellent, with many of the best areas within close proximity. We did have a good time during our stay. Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with the water heater, which was resolved the following day since we arrived late in the evening; however, this should have been checked prior to our arrival by the property manager.The internet connection was good, but the television only provided audio (music only) with no video, despite the internet being available. We were unsure why this was the case.We have stayed at other Vrbo properties in Spain where a small welcome package was provided, such as basic information about nearby shops and essentials, and in some cases coffee, water, or even a bottle of wine. While not essential, these thoughtful touches significantly enhanced the overall experience.Given that this was the highest nightly rate we have paid, our expectations were higher. Addressing these small details would have made a significant positive impact on our overall experience and review.

Great spot in central Madrid!

The condo was very centrally located and was stocked with what we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5. And a bonus having laundry! Tons of great eating places and shops and one block off of Gran Via. Only downside was the noise from the construction but not the building’s fault.

Quick stay in Madrid

We needed a place to stay for two nights in Madrid and this apartment was great. It was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Sol. There is a supermarket around the corner. It is on the first floor, so no stairs or elevator is necessary. The communication with the company that manages the apartment was very professional and responsive. The only complaint is that when we were visiting in April there was very loud construction that started at 8am and lasted most of the day. It sounded like an earthquake. Also note that the pool does not open until June, I am not sure if that was mentioned in the description?

Great spot with easy access to top spots in Madrid

This apartment near Gran Via was perfect for our family's stay with 2 children, 2 grandparents, and two adults in Madrid for a week. For a city location, the apartment had well-used space that created a comfortable environment. The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easy to cook meals at home, with the easy access to markets within a block as well. The bedrooms each had a good wardrobe or storage area for clothing and luggage.The location is excellent, with a quick walk to the Opera and then Plaza Oriente just beyond that, as well as Gran Via shops in the other direction. While there is construction nearby, it didn't keep us from getting plenty of sleep. I was a bit unsure about the app that accompanied the apartment at first, but it turned out to be amazing. It kept all of the documentation and instructions in one place, and made check-in and access to the apartment incredibly easy. The one advisement is the stairs can be difficult to navigate if you aren't highly mobile. It was fine for my children and me, but we each had small slips that would be risky for less mobile people. I would recommend this property to have a bit of home comfort while staying in the city!

Nice and Clean Stay, Great Location

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Charming Concept. Location is excellent and the property managers are nice. One thing is it IS on a busier street where there is constant construction and building. From early morning until late afternoon there is a lot of sawing, hammering, drilling. As well as a lot of trucks and noise coming by. So just be aware. Also, if you plan on staying there longer than a day or two(I stayed 7) and want to cook or anything, make sure to buy paper towels, dish soap, salt and pepper, etc. That stuff isn't provided for long-term. They provide 1 mini baggie of dish detergent and washing mashine detergent so you will need to purchase if you want to use it. Good working washing and dryer! Overall, it was nice.

Charming Concept Opera Madrid

Unfortunately there was very loud construction going on in the building with this unit. It woke us up every morning and you could not stay in the apartment during the day due to the shaking and loud noise. The construction will be going on for two years we heard. Also, the hot water wasn't working several days so no hot showers on those days. Heat also wasn't working and had to be repaired. Electric keypad for front door broke twice and we were stranded outside in the rain. This unit should not be rented out until the construction is complete and the hot water, entry keypad and heat are repaired or replaced so they are reliable. It is in a great location and has a lot of potential. Madrid is a great city so we loved being in Madrid. We just wished we had a good experience at the VRBO.

Amazing property

The property was great for us. Location is amazing , the property was spacious and pretty nice highly highly recommend. One thing to be aware of is that the property does not have air condition so in the heat of the summer it can get hot. There are lots of fans though.
