Located in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safest in central Madrid, close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area. Near "the Golden Mile", where you will find the most exclusive shops in Madrid. Ideal for enjoying the city during short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
It is on a ground floor with a patio and has capacity for 5 people.
Designed and equipped to efficiently take advantage of space and offer maximum comfort. Complete furniture and high-end equipment.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 folding bunk beds, all with 28cm viscoelastic mattresses. For the comfort of guests, the folding bunk beds turn into a spacious desk.
To access the main room, it is necessary to pass through the room with bunk beds.
The dining room has an individual sofa bed for the fifth occupant and a table for 6 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms, one en suite, both with spacious shower with thermostatic control, 160 litres of hot water and electric towel rail.
It also has a patio, for exclusive use, equipped with a wide countertop over the washing machine and a table for 4 diners.
The flat has fibre optic Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
