Its location is perfect as it is just a few steps from the Antón Martín metro station, which is also used for the Barrio de Las Letras, Atocha or Reina Sofía. From the apartment, you can walk to all the city's museums, to Atocha station in 5 minutes, and also very close to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor.



The Apartment:



This spacious and bright 75-square-metre apartment has a magazine-style design and has been prepared to make staying in it a true luxury in terms of quality and comfort.



It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people.



One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed available.



It is a luxury to find a home so well-equipped and with such careful design as this one, where materials have been selected with great detail and taste. We especially highlight the choice of hexagonal hydraulic floors in grey tones combined with spectacular wooden floors and exposed brick on the back wall with its wooden beams that highlight the age of the home. In contrast, modern touches such as the fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms in white tones with unique tiling, or the geometric murals in Nordic style in the bedrooms.



The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms with built-in heating.



Televisions in every room and smart TV in the living room, as well as all kinds of details in the equipment that will make the stay unforgettable.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
