Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
This apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful, panoramic area, near Lacona. Equipped with a fantastic terrace from which you can admire the sea and the island of Montecristo in the distance. The structure is always fresh, thanks to the eucalyptus trees that surround it, suitable for those looking for a holiday surrounded by nature. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops for every convenience; without forgetting that its proximity to Portoferraio makes it a convenient location for touring other sides of the island.

The accommodation has an amazing equipped terrace overlooking the sea, for eating in the open air with a beautiful panorama.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a large living room overlooking the terrace, with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.

Important note:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed, with a €30 cleaning fee
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
