The modern studio, recently renovated, features a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is also suitable for children and offers a cot and a high chair.



Outside, a private terrace of about 25 m² allows you to sunbathe or enjoy an aperitif with friends while admiring the sea. Children can have fun in the private garden, which is equipped with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a small playground in the shared garden.



The villa enjoys an optimal location: a supermarket and a restaurant are within a 5-minute walk (350 m and 450 m respectively), while a wider selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found about 10 minutes away on foot. The large sandy beach of Lacona is only 400 m away and easily reachable on foot.
