Villa Highlights

Find yourself just a minute away from pure, white sands and warm, clear
waters, with plenty of opportunities for some fun in the sun. Located
in Panormos / Rethymno on the Greek island of Crete, Villa Liakada
offers this privilege.

Overview
Villa Liakada is located in Panormos / Rethymno, Crete. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 7 people with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(East Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the
Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious open-plan kitchen,
dining, and lounge area, with patio doors opening directly onto the
pool terrace, as well as a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a large private terrace and a
twin bedroom, both overlooking the pool below and enjoying sea views
and an additional second bathroom. The lounge and all bedrooms are
fully air-conditioned.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Villa Liakada has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Lovely peaceful town

Villa Liakada was great right what we expected. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, right to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

Perfect villa for family holiday

Perfect accommodation for a relaxing family holiday. Plenty of room at the Villa and everything you need including inflatables for the pool. A lovely addition to have towels changed mid way through our stay & help was immediately on hand when an aircon unit needed reset. Parnormos is just the right mix if you want a holiday that is not overly touristy but has a good selections of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. Would recommend both this villa and Parnormos. We had a great holiday.

The property was within walking distance of the beach and restaurant. Lovely walk along the promenade and great restaurants around the marina. If you want a beach holiday, everything you need is here, but if you have a car youre within easy reach of many other resorts to the north and south of the island. Agni was perfect. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

Villa Liakada is set in an absolutely beautiful location right at the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Crete over the past 10 years but the Villa Liakada is definitely the best. We have already re-booked for July and September. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (within walking distance). Also, near to other local shops and a bakery for day-to-day supplies and close to the nice coastal village Bali. You need only 10 min walk to Panormos in Rethymno or 10-15 minute drive to Bali where you can find a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. Great holiday at Villa Liakada. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

Besonders herausragend war auch der Hausmeister Viktor, der taglich den Pool reinigte und uns auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit für alle Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Er gab uns auf unseren Wunsch hin die besten Tipps für die sehr guten Restaurants und Ausflüge in der naheren Umgebung. Die Villa selbst ist mit sehr liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Vielen Dank auch an das Team von Agni Travel für die qualitativ gute und überaus freundliche Kundenbetreuung.

Please do not look any further than this villa. It is perfect. We are a family of five and it accommodated us perfectly. All the amenities you will need and a real homely feel. The village is beautiful and only a six minute walk away. The beach is closer and it has a lovely little taverna at the back of it. We are already looking to book to come back again next year. A dream villa. The Agni Team who we booked through over the telephone were very helpful.

Our stay was amazing. We loved Villa Liakada perfect family stay especially if you prefer to be away from tourist places in more quiet and traditional part of Crete. It was only 30 mins drive to Rethymnon city. Sea front is just 2mins away from Villa. Views are gorgeous. Highly recommend to everyone. Did not have any problems with Agnitravel. Everything was great. Thank you so much.

The villa, the setting and the village were great. the garden was very beautiful, lots of plants and grassed area, makes it nice and comfortable. The way the villa has been decorated and furnished was very good and you don't really notice that the villa is quite new but the benefit of proper fitting windows and shutters was a welcome. Panormos is perfect to appreciate Cretan life and cuisine - it helps being a working fishing village to keep it traditional but offers more than you need. The sea is accessible close to the villa (2 mins away) but some of the rocks are quite slippy. Just west of Rethymno there is a beach that is about 8 miles long with loads of space and tavernas dotted around. We would definitely recommend couples or families to stay here.
