Villa Konstantina is located in Megala Chorafia, Crete. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

On the ground floor, Villa Konstantina offers an open-plan kitchen,
living, and dining area, along with a guest W/C. The first floor
features three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outside, the villa boasts a wonderful private pool, sun terrace,
garden, and shaded veranda, with parking available at the front of the
property.

The living room has a ornamental fireplace, comfortable sofas, DVD
Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Familienurlaub in den Herbstferien

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Souda. Ungewöhnlich guter Reinigungsservice (2x innerhalb von 11 Tagen kam die Reinigungskraft und gab es komplett neue Handtuchsets). Die Spülmaschine ist leider eher ein Single-Gerät und für eine Familie, die kocht unterdimensioniert.

Maison très agréable au calme

Maison très agréable avec 2 coins nuits séparés. Belle vue, piscine fraîche mais il faisait tellement chaud que ce n était pas un problème ! Le petit village à proximité avec ses 3 restaurants sont une aubaine pour se restaurer le soir.

Lovely villa and the lady who cleaned the pool and the villa was superb- very thorough and really polite. Villa is a great base for exploring the north west of Crete, very little in the immediate area so car is essential. Beautiful weather throughout our stay, and explored many different beaches - some amongst the most beautiful- sea on the northern coasts can be very rough for young children. Souda and Marathi being the most calm in the local area. A wonderful break all in all and our first time to Crete- too big an island to explore beyond rethymno comfortably so will perhaps explore the other side of the island on a future holiday- thankyou

Super schönes Haus

Das Objekt entsprach der angegebenen Beschreibung voll und ganz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen, der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Konstantina it was even better then described in a lovely quiet location but still within walking distance of lovely tavernas and small shop. The views from the poolside were outstanding with many a lovely an hour spent in a well maintained pool. People must also realise that the water pressure is not the same as back home so make sure you plan your showers well and don’t have them running at the same time. However they are perfectly adequate and Agni do warn you of this. The location also meant you could be in the centre of Chanda within 15 minutes so all round a great holiday experience and will be looking to book again soon.

Outstanding Location

Fantastic property all as described with outstanding views and great location. The villa was in walking distance of great Tavernas and a local shop plus whilst still being quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of a large town you could still be in the centre of chania within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this property

Beste Villa Konstantina

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit dem Blick aufs Meer und die Berge wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist weitgehend sauber, allerdings ist der Wasserdruck sehr schlecht und die Duschbrausen sind extrem verkalkt und geben somit kaum Wasser ab. Die Villa ist optimal aufgeteilt und besitzt eine gute getrennte Raumaufteilung. Im Haus fehlen einige Utensilien wie z. B. Schere, Auflaufform, Tupper und scharfe Messer. Dafür haben wir uns über den Sandwichmaker gefreut ideal wenn viel unterwegs ist. Eine Saftpressen für täglich frischen O-Saft war auch vorhanden. Die Gastgeber Stratos und Maria sind sehr zuvorkommend hilfsbereit und immer für einen guten Tipp zu haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder allerdings nicht mehr über Agni Travel.

Très bon séjour du 3 août au 17 août

De nuit (après minuit) l'arrivée n'est pas très bien indiqué, nous avons du faire plusieurs rue pour trouver la maison car nous n'avions pas de GPS. Le séjour de 14 jours fut un merveilleux. Maison très accueillante, grand séjour, cuisine, salle à manger, sa piscine et les 3 chambres très bien équipées

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Konstantina. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, and the service from Agni impeccable. The owner Stratos was very friendly and keen to help if we had any problems, he even bought us a free meal at his Taverna in Rhetymno. The view from the villa is spectacular and it’s only a 15min walk to Aptera where there are a choice of Delightful tavernas, we ate there most days. We would be happy to stay here again. Crete is a beautiful island, especially in the western part. Kalyves was one on the best beaches we have ever visited and would recommend that to anyone. There are a choice if bars and restaurants, and doesn’t appear to be a charge for use of the sun beds and parasols. Driving is a bit tricky as there doesn’t appear to be any rules for overtaking, people casually cross double white lines to overtake, in in the face of oncoming traffic. It’s necessary to pull right over to all overtaking traffic to pass. The weather was glorious for most of time although we had some rain and high winds during October. Maybe April and May are better for out if season travellers.

Great holiday. Couldnt fault cleaner who regularly attended and offered change of towels/bedding etc and Property Management company dealt with power outage within a few hours. Agni Travel were also fantastic helping us resolve wifi issue we experienced.

The villas position overlooking Souda Bay is absolutely stunning.The village of Aptera is in a perfect position not far from Souda Bay and Kalyves but also has a fantastic ancient sight of Ancient Aptera only minutes from the villa over the next hill.The villa has a perfect layout for families with teenagers with the bedrooms being on separate landings opposite sides of the house my son felt like he had his own area to himself. The staff Jenni and Pierre who oversee the villas are fantastic and very helpful.The villa would be fantastic for a large group traveling together as there is 2 more villas detached (one either side) but totally private. Another fantastic villa holiday with Agni Travel and we will be booking again for next year.
