Overview
Villa Lela Tria is located in Coral Bay - Paphos, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi

private pool (East Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking

Layout

Villa Lela Tria is a single-storey villa with a private pool and patio
with outdoor furnishings. Access from the patio is onto the comfortably
furnished open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen. There are
two bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin
bedroom, and one family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, washing machine, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Lela Tria has 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Amazing villa.

Coral Bay holiday

Can’t really say enough about the location of this villa lovely and private with the owner just across the road to you who was very helpful. You literally five minutes away by car from Coral Bay and 10 to 15 minute walk, but it’s just absolutely idyllic

Christos was a brilliant point of contact when we need any questions answered, or information on locality.

Comfortable and quiet

The villa is clean and comfortable and has all the basics covered. The pool was fantastic after a hot morning out. The views from the front verandah are very pretty. At no time did I feel unsafe by myself!

Great holiday!

Excellent villa. Well positioned with sea views and pleasant light breeze being slightly elevated from the coast. Coral Bay is in easy walking distance with plenty of rrestaurants to choose from. Villa is well equiped and spacious and pool/terrace offers good views whilst being private. TV channels didn't offer much by way of English speaking TV - but you don'y go on holiday to watch TV do you ?!

For us, this was the best holiday that we ever had. The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day, which in turn gave us a break too! There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk from the villa. I also want to thank everyone who helped us to have an amazing holiday. We will come again for sure!

Dream Villa

Host was waiting for us on arrival. The Villa was clean and exactly as shown. Views were amazing and location was peaceful. We didnt want to leave. Definitely coming back next summer, probably for a longer stay. Thank you to our host who was welcoming and at hand if needed, which we didnt have to. Thanks to everyone.

The villa offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors enabling day round sunshine outside. The setting is peaceful with the sounds of natures and lovely views over the countryside and over the sea. Walk into coral bay is short but is over a road with limited path for a small section. Service from Agni travel been fantastic throughout and everything has been clear and well communicated. Would stay again in the villa and happily book with Agni again.

I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. We could have stayed for so much longer, even never left. The villa was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Excellent swimming pool with a sea view! Also not to forget to mention the BBQ as we used it too often. Honestly, we were so lucky to have such a wonderful outside area to prepare food! Thanks!

Uns allen hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war sehr gut.

Ein sehr sauberes Objekt. Wäsche sowie Haus wurde nach einer Woche gereinigt. Nur Handtücher (1 Duschhandtucj, 1 kleines Handtuch) pro Person für 14 Tage war eindeutig zu wenig. Und die Betten quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Ansonsten war alles super. Würden es immer wieder buchen

Villa with a view

Had a great week here with fab views, gorgeous September sunshine . The pool was a great size with sea views and enjoyed using the BBQ . We had everything we needed for a relaxed week . The local supermarket was fantastic and offered you and your shopping a free ride back to the villa . Very easy to get around Coral Bay and Pahos great transport links . Don’t hesitate book it !

Quiet and convenient

The property itself was ideal for us. Husband and wife and 16 year old daughter. The bed in the master bedroom squeaks a lot and the en suite door doesn't close fully, so hopefully you have a great relationship with your partner!! A few cobwebs and some occasional ants but apart from that all good. We would of appreciated dishcloths and washing up liquid as all other stays had provided this (may e a Covid thing though). The pool was perfect and we left our inflatable for the next people to enjoy. The location was quiet and within walking distance to Coral bay etc however there is at least 100m of road that has no path so you take your chances on the fast road into Paphos. Good value for money.

Once found, a nice villa

Directions to the property were poor and it was difficult to find even with satnav. It is in a fine position with great views and a lovely pool. The villa is roomy and comfortable. However, the kitchen equipment is pretty basic and there were no cleaning materials of any kind. We had to buy them. Two other problems- one of the toilets did not flush properly and the aircon in one of the bedrooms was so noisy it could not be used. This is feedback rather than a complaint - we had a very enjoyable week.

Great Villa

Me and my partner stayed at this villa in early June 22 for two weeks. The friendly owner greeted us apon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know for our stay and then left us alone to enjoy the rest of our holiday without bother. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The villa was a short walking distance from coral bay and its many bars and restaurants which we often enjoyed for an evening out. We hired a car to travel to the rest of the island and visit my partner's family who live in cyprus, however if you are looking for a more relaxing holiday close to coral bay and its beach this is not necessary. Also the local cab services are great should you wish to travel further without the need of renting a car. We have stayed many times in Cyprus and would definitely recommend this property and would personally look to book again in the future. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Booked a villa in Kefalonia through this company last year. Nice to be back again with Agni Travel! Villa Lela Tria was as well perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area with BBQ. The sunset and sea views from the terrace were breathtaking. Everyone in Coral Bay was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Kissonerga and Peyia and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing during the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Coral Bay were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Kissonerga and Paphos are. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The villa was great, right what we expected. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa then this is the place for you! Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, right to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. There is also a beautiful beach within a few minutes walk where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. We found the people of Coral Bay very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)
