Villa Tatiana is a peaceful three-bedroom home located just a short walk from Coral Bay beach in Cyprus. The villa has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, with soft colors and plenty of natural light filling the rooms. Its open living spaces lead to a private pool and garden area, where guests can unwind or share a meal outdoors. The setting is quiet yet close enough to local spots like tennis courts and small cafés, making it easy to enjoy both rest and a bit of activity.

Inside, the villa is simple and comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the living area includes WiFi and a TV. Outside, a barbecue and shaded terrace create a casual space for evenings together.

Superb location, just a quick walk to lovely Corallia beach. Also close to small supermarket & other amenities. Villa is in a quiet cul de sac.Lovely pool & outdoor area. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only minor irritation was 2 large fir trees which partially block view of pool from veranda which meant we couldn’t always see small children in pool from terrace.

Villa Katarina

This was a lovely villa, albeit not the one we booked as we were asked if we would move at the last minute for reasons unknown, however the villa itself was more than suitable. But there was a strong smell of sewage from the front balcony in the evening - we wondered if septic tanks were being emptied? And there seemed to be an urge for constant hedge cutting with noisy electric hedge cutters - 7am til 11am our first morning in the property opposite almost finished us off! And a constant background hum throughout the holiday. Not the fault of the property owner/manager, however worth knowing before you book.The property itself though was faultless, the pool refreshing to cool down in and the location peaceful, other than the hedge cutting!

Lovely Villa.

Lovely pretty little Villa. Very happy with our choice and really enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and is in a good location for Corallia beach, which really is just a few minutes walk away. Everything in the area is easily reachable. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. Set in compact, but lovely mature gardens which get the sun virtually all day, as does the very nice pool. Management compnay was great to deal with, prompt responses to any questions prior to and after arrival, very accommodating to a request to collect payment for the electricity bill on our last night due to an early flight the next day. If you are concerned about the electricity arrangements, dont be its actually reasonabley priced, considering our AC use and the running of the Pool. I would have no issues with this arrangement in future. I would happly return to villa Tatiana or one of their other properties after this experience.
