Overview
Villa Anastasia is located in Coral Bay - Paphos, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi
and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a
private pool (West Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach
and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Anastasia is a villa with a private pool and large terrace, that
is set on two floors. The main entrance to the villa is at road-level.
On the ground floor is a open-plan living room with dining area and
kitchen, and 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the first floor
is 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, both with en suite bathroom.
There is also one family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Villa Anastasia has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Burglary

Nice villa near to the main strip. A burglar broke into the villa during the night as one guest had left their wallet on display in the kitchen. The way they got in (and have got in before - and in my opinion will again) is via the downstairs toilet window. The mechanism on this window is broken and can be easily forced open. The Police visited and explained that burglaries are rife in this area. Quad Bike hire is popular in this resort - There is a strip of land behind the villa that seemed to be a magnet for the bikers, and it felt like we were in the middle of a racing circuit. Nice pool.

Well located villa and excellent local management support

In more than ten years of villas in Coral Bay, we always expect to find a few things that need fixing and invariably most of them are not quickly resolved – if at all – by the local management company. Anastasia was so different. Tasos – who organises the cleaners, the pool maintenance guy and sorts out guests’ problems, was superb! He was friendly and efficient – popping round with a screw driver to tighten a frying pan handle, replacing a once non-stick saucepan with a brand new one, finding a plug-in box for the TV to receive all the UK channels we wanted, and so on. The villa itself is ideally located in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the enormous Philippos supermarket. The balcony gives a wonderful view of the October sunsets. When we arrived the villa and pool were spotless and the layout gives amble space for sunbeds anywhere round the pool. The 3 bedrooms all have loads of storage space. On the down side, there are only two parasols for the six aging sunbeds and the crockery and cutlery were only just sufficient for 2 people in a villa that is supposed to accommodate six. We regularly had to get things out of the dishwasher and wash them up. We also purchased several extra glasses. It’s also the first villa we can remember that didn’t offer a welcome pack. In fact the cupboards were all but bare. There was washing up liquid and soap, but we had to buy salt and pepper.

Apologies if I get the local hosts name wrong, Thassios ?, he was on hand immediately and checked in with us again, although not needed as we have been to Coral bay many times and had villas all around Anastasia as we love the location but if it was your first time it could be helpful.Initially found a few little pickey things with the villa but to be honest after a couple of days it grew on us.We was 4 adults and the villa was comfortable for us, we liked to sit on the patio especially before going out at night but if there was 6 of us you wouldn't have been able to do that, yes there is plenty of room on the pool patio so could adapt I suppose, as I say little things.Beds were comfortable, and bedding nice and clean.Pool was ok although needed cleaning which was done thoroughly into our 2nd week but it didn't bother us too much.Me and Mrs would definitely return to the villa and with 2 friends but not if there was 6 of us.
