Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow in the heart of Coral Bay
It's all about location! situated a couple of minutes on foot from the main strip in Coral Bay with many bars, restaurants and shops and 5 mins from the beach and on an exceptionally large fully enclosed private plot. No car necessary.
A rare find! The pool is 10m by 5m with wide roman steps and with jets for a relaxing experience. For the kids we have a slide into the pool with running water. We have the benefit of sun all day and offer several different external seating options around the property.
Internally is a new kitchen and two new bathrooms. Being on one level the villa is ideal for families,
or couples, 3 bedrooms and lovely open plan lounge/diner with double patio doors to the pool.

This is the perfect area for a holiday villa. literally everything is minutes away on foot! from bars and restaurants to shops and beaches.

Its very unusual to have such a large plot, its fully enclosed so safe for children.
the pool is large than average being 10m by 5m.
it has the added benefit of roman steps with jets to massage you pls a slide with water running through , perfect to entertain the children.
