Handy location

Made for a great chill out break. Villa was perfect for us. So close to Polis to get supplies. Close to Latsi for harbour dining out and yet tucked away for a bit of peace.

We liked this villa and its environment very much. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Most of the time we spent at the terrace and the pool and enjoyed a nice time there: swimming, sunbathing, preparing and having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings, etc. The weather was perfect and created a great scenic break for me and my family. Would definitely recommend Villa Charoula Exi.

Great relaxed holiday. Villa Charoula Exi is spacious and well laid out with plenty of space for 4 people. Also a wonderful swimming pool just for us! We also taking advantage of the beautiful outdoor space for dining and the grill. And already visited Latsi beach and Argaka beach and really enjoyed sunbathing and swimming there! Also, great service from the agents. Overall perfect!

Everything was perfect! Villa Charoula Exi was very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The owner visited us on the day after arrival to check that we had everything we needed and kept in contact throughout the holiday including a visit the day before we departed. We plan to come again!

The list of issues is so long that I am not interested in providing a detailed report and i wasn't going to spend my holiday time taking photos. If you visited the property it would be obvious that it is tired and in need of renovating.Upon arriving there were several initial ones which were rectified. However they shouldn't have occurred if the property was maintained to a basic standard.For example. More light bulbs were out than worked. One light fitting was taped up and dangerous.The lock on the bedrooom patio door was broke(unable to lock it), weeds around the pool, which had not been cleaned. Rubbish around the pool from previous visitors. Broken wooden gazebo, crumbling wood. Very poor quality throughout the property, decor and utilities. Shower curtain rods not fixed, prone to falling down when used.Everything had a make do and mend feel. No as described or as in photos which would have been taken when it was new.The list can go on.Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Calme et reposant. A 5mn à peine des plages et commerces. Vous pouvez même y aller pied.Gérant disponible et très gentil. Villa bien équipée pour passer un très bon séjour. Rien à reprocher . Super.

Sommerfeeling im Herbst

Diese Sonne im Oktober ist wirklich unglaublich! Du sitzt inmitten von Orangen- und Olivenbäumen und schaust am Pool den Bananen beim Wachsen zu... Leider war das Wasser im Pool wirklich "erfrischend" kalt, dafür hatte das Meer noch 25 Grad. Das Haus ist groß für 2 Personen, aber auch für mehr bietet es viel Platz. Einzig die Matrazen könnten mal erneuert werden - die Sprungfedern spürt man deutlich im Rücken. Für Leute im Rentenalter etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Genial sind aber die unterschiedlichen Terrassen. Besonders die obere bietet einen tollen Blick über das Tal bis zum Meer. Der Service ist nett und freundlich. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Umgeben von Orangenbäumen. Wer etwas ruhigeres sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Im Großen und Ganzen so wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber.
