Fantastic location in the harbour bowl
After a full refurbishment Quayside is being offered as a holiday cottage for the first time from the end of May 2021, it is ideally situated within a stones throw to the harbour, Golden Hind and local Restaurant’s.
The property benefits from three bedrooms, master bedroom with sea glimpses, 2 king & 1 twin bedroom all with smart televisions, two en-suites, and a family bathroom, Open plan lounge diner, kitchen and enclosed level rear garden.
Please note the top bedroom has a steeper than normal staircase and slightly narrower than modern standards and could be unsuitable for some young children or the elderly.
Very few houses in the harbour area have their own parking but the fantastic location of the house more than makes up for the parking. If you are just staying local you should not need your car very much.
When you arrive you can quickly pull in and unload just by the house outside Dilly Dally Café or The Coffin House.

Beautiful and perfect location
Spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly located cottage. Communication with the owner and manager was very easy.

Ostend Cottage - Brixham
Perfect location. Steep steps so a warning to those with reduced mobility!Fabulous property, beautifully decorated and furnished. Amazing hosts, welcome pack on arrival and Danielle and Jeff very kindly let my husband stay an additional evening with no extra cost. Will definitely be back!!

New Year's Eve stay
I would describe our experience as having the luxury of a hotel in the privacy and spaciousness of our own accommodation. I was looking for something special for a few day's break over New Year and this ticked all the boxes. Definitely felt spoilt and rested after our stay.
