Stone Holiday House Katarina is a charming, fully renovated traditional house located in the small village of Klimno on the island of Krk. The house is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, yet close enough to easily walk to the center or the shore. If you are looking for a comfortable, traditional house with a private pool and plenty of privacy, Stone House Katarina is the perfect choice.
The house is spread over two floors, with a total living area of 90 m², and sits on a 310 m² plot. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and washing machine. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace that leads to the garden.
Upstairs, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. The kitchen has all modern appliances, while the dining area seats six people. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional bed for two people. There’s also access to a terrace with a table for six, with stairs leading down to the yard, where you can relax by the pool. The yard features a private pool with sun loungers and a large stone barbecue, perfect for preparing Mediterranean dishes. Two parking spaces are available, along with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Klimno is a quiet village, yet just 50 meters from the house, you’ll find a grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, bakery, and playground. Rijeka Airport is only 11 km away, the bus station is 50 m from the house, and the ferry to the islands of Cres and Rab is 20 km away.
The island of Krk offers a diverse range of activities for every type of visitor. Beach lovers will enjoy the variety of beaches, including rocky, pebble, and sandy ones, with four of them awarded the Blue Flag for their cleanliness and quality. Krk is also a haven for nature and outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous hiking and cycling trails to explore. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, Krk has something for everyone.

Beautiful, well-appointed and well-equipped cottage with the loveliest hosts! Our family loved our stay here. Walk to a small market, bakery and Restaurant Zal. Watch the sunset from the harbor. The pool was such a treat. Perfect way to end the day after exploring the island. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful villa. Everything is so pretty and clean. The neighborhood is very calm, the ocean is very close (1 minute away), the pool and the garden are very special. This home is as beautiful and clean as the photographs. It is absolutely spotless! The owner met us on the way. She is so kind and welcoming and proud of her home. We loved the pool and the quick easy walk to the harbor. We also loved the comfort and amenities. We were able to do laundry, the bathrooms were fantastic and the showers had amazing water pressure. The beds were comfortable. There are closets to put clothing away. The kitchen was very organized. It was a great location to stay on the island of Krk! We highly recommend this home! It felt like a little luxury boutique hotel.

Vi hade fem toppendagar i Semesterhus Katarina. Huset är jättefint och både huset och tomten med poolen är välskött och i jättefint skick. Det ligger avskilt och privat i ett lugnt och skönt område med gångavstånd till havet.

Sehr schönes Steinhaus mit dicken Mauern. Alles sehr gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Sehr privates Areal. Nachbarn durch Natur und Schutzwände gut abgeschirmt. Eine kleine Oase, unmittelbar am Meer mit schönem Hafen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir waren absolut happy und das Vermieter Paar ist total Lieb und Herzlich. Tolles Haus - mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus Katarina in Klimno. Die Besitzer waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses, alles war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll vorbereitet, genau wie beschrieben. Klimno selbst ist ein eher ruhiger, etwas abgelegener Ort, weshalb man auf jeden Fall mobil sein sollte. Wir waren Ende März / Anfang April dort – zu dieser Zeit war es noch recht windig und vieles noch nicht geöffnet. Die Bucht ist aber wunderschön und wir können uns gut vorstellen, dass es im Sommer dort noch einmal deutlich lebendiger und angenehmer ist. Ein großes Plus waren auch die Empfehlungen der Gastgeber – alle Tipps waren hervorragend und haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Klimno empfangen. Es hat sich angefühlt als ob wir uns schon lange kennen würden. Alles sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man in den Ferien braucht. Unsere Jungs haben sogar noch etwas zu knabbern auf den Nachhauseweg bekommen. Herzlichen Dank für dieses schmucke Steinhaus.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Vom herzlichen Empfang über den reibungslosen Check-in bis hin zum Check-out war alles bestens organisiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Pool und ruhige Lage haben für extra Entspannung gesorgt. Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie Reinigungsutensilien wie Staubsauger und Besen sind vorhanden – einzig ein Föhn hat gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam, hat uns mit Infomaterial im Haus und persönlichen Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Ein kleines Manko ist vielleicht die Lage, da die Ortschaft selbst nicht allzu viel bietet. Dafür erreicht man in 30–40 Minuten mit dem Auto wunderschöne Orte und Strände der Insel. Besonders herzlich fanden wir die Gastfreundschaft: frische Feigen, ein kleiner Obstkorb zur Begrüßung und zum Abschluss liebevolle Snacks für die Kinder. Einfach großartig – wir kommen gerne wieder! Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige Tage in diesem traumhaften Steinferienhaus zu verbringen, und es war einfach perfekt. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir von der traditionellen, liebevoll renovierten Atmosphäre begeistert. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich, die Betten sind super bequem und die Bäder modern und top-gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche und die private Terrasse, auf der wir die Abende bei einem Glas Wein genossen haben. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight – ein erfrischender Luxus nach einem Tag am Strand oder bei Ausflügen. Wir kommen wieder!

Herzlicher Empfang, alles war gerichtet. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Wasser u. eine Flasche Wein. Sehr lieb ,eine Schale mit Äpfeln. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und total schön eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten und schöne Bettwäsche! Man fühlt sich wohl und die Ruhe dort, der Poolbereich, einschließlich Grillecke, alles lädt zum chillen ein. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Bäcker u. kl. Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt. Sehr schönes Restaurant, direkt am Meer , wo man super Fisch essen kann! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Klimno. Das Haus und der Pool waren wunderbar. Branka hat uns trotz später Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und Tipps für Unternehmungen gegen. Vielen Dank auch für die Überraschung im Kühlschrank und bei der Abreise. Wir können die Unterkunft und Krk als Wandergebiet sehr empfehlen.
