An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Hall Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Eat-in kitchen 35 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 30 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Klimno, district of Klimno. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
