Luxury VIP Villa Krinea in Lefkada
Villa Krinea is a luxurious, autonomous and independent two-stories property made by stone and the most quality materials. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and 1 storage room.
The third bedroom is situated in a glass patio with glass walls and glass windows where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the island or can be used as a second living room.
Internally, it has a water massage and fully a German ‘Hoff’ brand kitchen with a granite counter and backsplash, with built-in electric appliances (electric oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine) of Miele brand. Externally there is a large swimming-pool, a garden, a courtyard which is paved with stone, a barbeque, a water tank, a veranda covered with a wooden pergola and parking space of 3 cars with direct access to the residence.

Anemones Villas is a complex of five luxurious villas in Lefkada situated a little bit before the village Spanochori, approximately ten minutes drive from the town of Lefkada and offer spectacular view on Ionian Sea. Each villa can accommodate 4-6 persons. The village Spanochori is one of the oldest villages in the Sfakiotes area. It is extremely picturesque village with vivid planting and panoramic view to Lefkada and the Ionian Sea. Each villa is placed in about 2.000 s.m. . Their names are from the Nymphs of Greek Mythology. Each villa is autonomous and independent from the others and is surrounded by stoned walls and plants. Each villa offers complete security and privacy. There is yard and garden with many plants and grass, parking for two cars, large private swimming pool and children's pool for each villa. All villas are fully equipped and provide Smart TV, wash machine and dish-washer, bath-tub jacuzzi, air conditioning, Free WIFI. Maintenance and services for the cleaning of pool are provided.
