The apartment for rent consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large terrace with barbecue. It has free WIFI and is fully equipped.



This apartment for rent in Menorca is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find the three double bedrooms and a complete bathroom and on the upper floor there is the living-dining room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the large terrace.



The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and it has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub and also has a hairdryer. The other double room is made up of two single beds and the last room is equipped with a double bed. All rooms have a large built-in wardrobe.



On the upper floor we find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. On this same floor, we also find the other complete bathroom with bathtub, the living room, equipped with a sofa, TV and a table with chairs for all diners.



The spacious terrace of the apartment for rent is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, a built-in barbecue, an area with hammocks and another area with another table and chairs to relax under the umbrella. In addition, the terrace has an awning that covers the outdoor table area and a small laundry room.



Can Tomeu is also equipped with, washing machine, iron for clothes, safe and WiFi.



All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

The Area




The Urbanization of Cala Galdana is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shape shell make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters.

The urbanization is a family environment, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area has a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horseback riding, cycling etc.



It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal to walk for example through the Barranc d'Aljendar or walk along the Camí de Cavalls and discover Cala Mitjana (20 min walk) the charming and unspoiled Trebaluger Beach (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35min walk).

A few minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop that offers good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car rental is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different corners and all the virgin coves.

HOW TO ARRIVE 




From the Airport o Puerto de Mahón (35min):


1. Take the General Road (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana ( Me-22) 


2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance is our office, where it will usually be the meeting point with the host.

3. Take the second exit and continue until you reach Ladera Street No. 2, where the apartment is located.





From Port of Ciutadella (25min): 


1. Take the General Road (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22) 


2. Follow the previous points 2 and 3.
