Excellent property and very well equipped. Also large outside area with loungers , table and chairs.Good location with shops and restaurants a very short distance away and a bus stop and taxi rank literally within 50 metres.

Great time in Menorca

We had a very good time in Menorca. The place was very clean, well located and fully functional. Area is quiet and a short drive from Ciutadella town centre. Host was responsive and helpful. Thank you.

Great property in a great location, very relaxing and well equipped. Would highly recommend it.

The property is very well equipped, in a very quiet convenient location, 5 minutes from the beach and benefits from a Bakery and small supermarket 50 metres away. There are various bars and restaurants within easy reach. The owner, Ivan, couldn't be more helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great location , well equipped apartment

The property was in a great location, right next to bus stop into Ciutadella. Supermarkets near by as well as pharmacy. Well equipped and very good communication with the owner.

Really Comfortable Casa

Summers almost gone

We had a wonderful time in Pinyeta Pinyol at the end of september. The house is perfectly equipped and it is only 5 minutes to a beautiful bathing bay. The contact with Ivan was very nice. We'd love to come back.

Reisezeitraum: September 2026Positiv:Gute Erreichbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit des Vermieters.Ausstattung: Wie beschrieben.Negativ:Parken: Die beschriebenen Parkplätze vor oder auf dem Grundstück waren weder vorhanden noch nutzbar, was zu einer sehr stressigen Parksituation führte.Lage & Lautstärke: Keineswegs ruhig.Tagsüber: Starker Straßenlärm (Hauptstraße durch den Ort), lauter Publikumsverkehr, schreiende Kinder auf dem Bolzplatz gegenüber, Müllentsorgung in unmittelbarer Nähe (Glasflaschenentsorgung auch nachts) sowie eine angrenzende Bushaltestelle und Taxistation.Abends: Permanente Dauerbeschallung durch laute Live- und Barmusik aus einer nahegelegenen Apartmentanlage – weit über die Nachtruhe hinaus. Morgens zudem früher Lärm durch Nachbarn, die offenbar jeden Morgen ihre angrenzende Wohnung umräumen, was in beiden Schlafzimmern zu hören ist.Sauberkeit: Ameisen in der gesamten Küche und im Badezimmer.Check-in: Schwierig, da nur Spanisch gesprochen wurde.

While this central location provides excellent access to local amenities, beach life, and public transport, it naturally reflects the atmosphere of a lively vacation spot rather than a secluded countryside home. Insects: We acknowledge your feedback regarding ants. In warm coastal environments, this can occasionally occur, and we are actively enhancing our preventive treatments in both the kitchen and bathroom areas. Check-in & Communication: While our on-site team speaks Spanish, we are fully available in English digitally to support our guests throughout their stay. Super logement bien moins cher que la concurrence, la climatisation est présent dans le salon et également dans la chambre double. La proximité de la piscine de l'hôtel en face est idéale pour seulement 2.50 le transat la journée. Rien à redire sur ce logement c'est parfait.

Un lugar encantador para alojarse. Ideal para 2 o 3 personas. Excelente atención por parte del propietario. Está ubicado en una calle concurrida, por lo que puede ser un poco ruidoso durante el día. Sin embargo, las habitaciones están en la parte trasera y, por lo tanto, son tranquilas. No hay molestias por la noche.En resumen, una estancia muy agradable y sin problemas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cala Blanca, située près de Ciutadella et des belles plages du sud. La maison, située à 5 et 10 minutes de marche de 2 calanques, est très confortable et très propre et vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin au quotidien. Le propriétaire, qui a été très disponible, a eu la gentillesse de nous mettre à disposition tout le nécessaire pour débuter notre séjour confortablement (liquide vaisselle, éponge, savon, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, sopalin…). La terrasse est également très agréable avec sa douche extérieure. Aucune difficulté pour se garer en plein été devant la maison ! Un grand merci !

Merci à Ivan pour l'accueill. La maison est très bien située sur l'île. Plage, pharmacie, petit commerce, hotel/restaurant avec acces piscine juste à côté. 5 min de ciutadella pour s'y promener le soir et manger une glace. Tout est parfait et confortable à l'intérieur. Il ne manque rien ! C'etait genial et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este alojamiento. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Cuenta con una terraza ideal para estar a la fresca en verano. La comunicación con Iván fue siempre excelente.

Excellent séjour

Maison très bien équipée, très propre et fonctionnelle, la climatisation était appréciable. Tout à proximité, plusieurs jolies calanques, commerces et bus à côté de la maison pour aller à Ciutadella. Facile pour se garer.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 14tägigen Urlaub auf Menorca. Das Haus entspricht vollständig den Bildern. Es ist modern, aber auch gemütlich. Toll sind die Bilder im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Alkes wunderbar!

Sehr gutes Gesamtpaket

Gut ausgestattete und saubere Haushälfte in relativ zentraler Lage von Cala Blanca auf einem gepflegten Grundstück. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Wenn sich Anwohner auf den Weg zur Arbeit machen bzw. zurückkommen kann es auf der Straße manchmal etwas lebhafter zugehen. Den Erholungswert mindert das auf keinen Fall. Abends und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Bars, Restaurants, kleinere Supermärkte und der wunderbare Sonnenuntergang sind in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sing gerne wieder zu Gast.

Maison idéale pour de bonnes vacances à minorque.pres de la mer, des commerces,des restaurants et de Ciutadella . Pas de problème pour se garer. La maison est très bien équipée.
