Very cozy apartment with a shower in the Blackpool. Near to many spectacular attractions and a 1-minute walk from the seaside and also close to Blackpool's famous promenade.

This is a 2 bedrooms apartment that is located on the top floor of the building that can accommodate up to 5 people for 2 double beds and a sofa bed set up in the living area.

The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and is equipped for a perfect stay. It has a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven, hob, fridge, toaster, and a kettle. A separate bathroom with a walk-in electric shower. The apartment comes with a washing machine as well if you prefer a longer stay.

Free on-street parking is available and a complimentary WIFI connection for your convenience which streams Netflix and YouTube!

NEVER EVER BOOK HERE

They sent me to a new property for what they called maintenance issues 5 people had been booked for and when we got to the new property it had 1 bed and a very small bed settee. Called owner then the emergency line and was told someone would call me back and still to this day I have not received a call back. Running out of electricity while there had to call duty team topped up the next day when we had no heating all night in December. Had someone else trying to access the flat as was double booked. Doesn’t even have the basic of a can opener. Holes in walls, broken doors heaters that don’t even turn on Just stay away and save your money

Was miss sold with pictures! Definitely would not advice anyone to say here!

Nothing! Sofa bed would not sleep to ppl! Pillows for sofa bed was just scatter cushion! Window in bedroom had massive gap! No hot water! Ppl down stairs argued all night!

Nice little place

Nicely situated on the attic floor it feels like a little holiday apartment. All the rooms are smart and cosy, except the bedroom that sits on the corner, which in our case was unfortunately damp due to the windows being left wide open (presumably to air the room). All but one of the lamps didn't have a functioning bulb and the property manager dropped off a couple of spares the day after we arrived. They were the wrong size but the thought was there! Overall, good value and a nice place to come back to after a fun day out.

We have immeasurable experience in providing quality accommodation throughout the UK, including Blackpool.

Our cleaning team and handyman services ensure that the place is always well maintained. We have enhanced cleaning protocols in place that are obeyed by our amazing cleaning team.

The entry to all apartments is contactless. The Keys are accessed through the key safe with no contact with others in order to make the stay as safe as possible for everyone.

We also have all the apartments self-contained, so there is no sharing of facilities between guests.

Our office looks after customer experience to make sure that each stay is enjoyable and presented to an excellent standard.

Feedback is much appreciated as we strive for constant and never-ending improvement.

Your host for the stay is Marika. Marika is passionate about property and is from a Construction and Property background. Marika has also been in the hospitality industry for a number of years and understands the importance of excellent customer service and guests satisfaction.
