In the building, there is a supermarket (Jafers open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia closed every Monday). Within a 500-meter radius, there is a wide range of commerce and services.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Apartment in a residential building, located on the 4th floor with up to 4 service elevators. The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 4 guests, with one bedroom, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool/sea/Marina. Cable TV and free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor pool for children and adults, shared indoor pool (heated from 15th October to 15th April), shared gym.

Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and a few meters from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and be within walking distance of everything.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking allowed

No parties or events allowed

Groups under the age of 25 are not admitted.

No pets allowed on the property

Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected

Occupancy limit must not be exceeded: up to 4 guests (including children)

Guests are not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
