Excellent location. Easy to get access up and down. Elevator worked well (though small). Clean room. Easy check in and out. Great stay!

The apartment was old and the real room is different from pictures. The floor is unstable and when you walk is noisy. Shower room is small. Refrigerator is not good condition and the worst things was no air conditioning. We stayed at this property in the hottest week and our kids was unhappy at all. The nice things of property is there are many restaurants and close to transportation, Norte dame and louvre museum.

Property a not what is advertised I would hardly consider this a “luxury suite” as per there advertising Still a good place but lower your expectations and the photos must have been taken years ago the suite does not look like that today. Bathroom and dishwasher have an extremely foul smell “ sewer gas “.

Surprised and Not In a Good Way

The photos and reviews on this property are not what me my wife and two daughters experienced. The Checkin process was the best part of our experience. It was easy and simple. When we arrived we entered the building and the apartment is on the third floor. The stairs to the unit were exceptionally old and in disrepair. We thought, OK we are in a different country and things are old. The elevator was literally 5 ft wide and 18 inches deep. I loaded the luggage on the elevator and sent it to the third floor while we took the rickety stairs. We entered the apartment and my daughter said “Is this place abandoned?” We tried to laugh but we were not amused with the age of everything (except the bathroom and shower which had been renovated - Thankfully). The filter that has been used on the photos here on VRBO make the apartment look fully renovated and beautiful. In reality the place is very old and would be rated 2-2.5 stars if it were a hotel. The floor creaked with every step, and everything was soiled (we didn’t even sit on the couch or chairs for 5 days). The sheets were clean on the beds and the bathrooms were newer and serviceable. While there was a washer/dryer we were provided 4 towels for 5 days. The neighborhood was pleasant and filled with energy with a young population. Lots of good restaurants and bars and the Metro stop Chatelet a 5 minute walk. The noise level from the street was quite high until about 1 am weekdays and Friday night until 4am. What a BUST.

This apartment was lovely and perfect for our family! The kitchen allowed us to cook dinner for the kids and the washer/dryer let us clean our clothes throughout our stay. The shower was amazing! Our only complaint was that there weren't any extra sheets or pillow cases and some of the furniture and pillows were pretty heavily stained. Extra sheets and pillowcases would have made us feel a little more comfortable. Access to the apartment was very easy! The location was amazing and close to everything we were interested in seeing. We were bummed it was raining all week, otherwise we would have loved eating on the balcony. Thank you for helping us create lovely memories with our family!

Our kids dubbed this the "Paris Palace." We had a great stay. It was close to downtown activities, easy to access, and close to shops.

Great location next to shops and major attractions.

Authentic Parisian stay. Excellent communication. Lovely stylish apartment with multiple windows overlooking street. Great location, close to Louvre, multiple bakeries and cafes nearby. Fans provided were much appreciated given summer heat wave.

Family - Spouse with (3) Adult Children

The location is outstanding and would highly recommend!!! It is centrally located and easy to walk to many sites around Paris! We were a family of 5, 3 adult children, and although the location is phenomenal - the space is tight when the beds are pulled out. Keep in mind, this really isn't an issue since we were only in the rental when sleeping. I would definitely return, the communication in booking, arriving and check out were beyond expectations! Thank you!

Beautiful Apt and Vibrant Neighborhood

The apartment was as pictured with some more wear, but really nice. The location is great for touring. Near metro stations, and walkable to museums and gardens. There are cafe's everywhere with so much to choose from. The street is busy and you should expect weekend party noises and traffic. The management was very responsive with questions and check in and out were easy.

Fun Paris Apartment

Loved the location, the French decor, and the light-filled front room with the balcony. So many good places to eat nearby. Only drawback was A LOT of street noise from revelers late into the night. We used earplugs second night.

Lovely French apartment in great location

True Parisian feel in this Haussmann style apartment! It was in a great location, quick walk to the metro and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. There was noise from the street but we were elated to hear the sounds of the city. The property manager was responsive and made renting very easy!

Classic Parisian Apartment

Charming apartment that is well appointed. The hosts were very communicative and constantly checked in to see whether we needed anything. The apartment was comfortable and suited our needs. Since the building is located on a busy street and near local bars/pubs, noise is a factor. Overall, though, I would recommend the apartment.

Lovely Apartment

Apartment management was very responsive - excellent communication. Apartment was nice and clean, although it was very small. Photos were accurate, but a few chairs were removed for the photos. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 3 people. Check in and check out was very easy.

Mooi appartement in een levendige buurt

Het appartement is precies zoals in de omschrijving. Het appartement is erg mooi en heel verzorgd van binnen. Het bevindt zich in een oud gebouw met een hele kleine lift. In de omgeving is veel horeca. Erg gezellig maar ook lawaaierig. Dus je zet niet graag de balkondeuren open terwijl een beetje frisse lucht 's nachts aangenaam zou zijn aangezien er geen airco is. De bedden zijn niet heel groot en de 2 balkons zijn klein, je kan op elk balkon net met 2 personen zitten. De centrale ligging van het appartement is perfect. Al met al hebben wij hier met veel plezier verbleven.
