Wow!

Location, location, location!! Not only is the apartment gorgeous and clean, the location can’t be beat. We loved everything about staying here! It’s nice and quiet inside, and bustling outside. So many shops and cafes. So happy we found this gem for our stay in Paris!!

Great location, many bedrooms, very cute place

We came for a week with our sons age 18 and 20. It was wonderful to have this little apartment with so many enclosed spaces to sleep and a just right common room. It was a splurge for us and well worth it. I cannot stress enough how many delicious foods were within 3 blocks. Incredible!

Perfect location

We had 7 women staying in this apartment for 9 nights. The location was perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, etc. Very clean and well decorated. Of course the rooms were small, but that was expected for a metropolitan apartment. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO and would stay there again. The management team was great and easy to communicate with.

1st in the 1st

Stayed for two fantastic weeks and the rental team was fantastic at the start (months before), during, and finish. Super responsive, patient!, knowledgeable and lovely. As I had two different friend groups each week, I spent time mid-stay with the cleaning staff in between. Truly top notch job and lovely staff. Everything was wonderful!

Wrapping up a Wonderful Family Vacation

We ended up loving this apartment - 6 adults in our family. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. It does look like the photos, except for a few blankets on the couches in the living area. It is definitely in a popular part of Paris. Our only hiccup was that we expected to use the washer/dryer since this was the end of our trip. When we arrived, we found out that it was not in service. Not sure who thought this, but we were told that the listing showed that it was not working which was not true. BUT, the host generously refunded a part of our rental for the inconvenience. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. in this area and we loved having this as our hub. We would visit this rental again.

Great location.

the location is very close to the RER/metro and is surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores and shops. you will not have problems finding food or places to eat. the unit is on the 2nd floor and safety is not an issue as there are multiple doors to get thru at the entrance. people are walking till late hours of the evening, but noise is not an issue with the windows closed. it actually is quiet. the bedrooms were perfect for 2 families and it was helpful that there were 3 showers and 2 separate toilet rooms. the 2 bedrooms in the front salon area are beautifully decorated. each bedroom has its own AC unit to keep you cool. a note on the bedroom in the back with the private bath - it has a strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain. we had to place a cover over it to keep the smell at bay. i understand that it's a common issue in older european apartments. the washing/drying machine was nice to have, some instructions at the flat would have been helpful.

Paris Sept 2023

It is a three star apartment and below I explain why. First your taxi driver or Uber can’t go on that street bcos it’s pedestrians only, it’s a short one min walk but u have to drag your luggages on the street, very tacky. Then u get to the front of the building, no beautiful French doors just an oddly looking iron door, very very tacky. U get past the first door and then second door, here comes the staircase, very rundown steep looking staircase and dark.Then u get into the apartment, it’s a four bedroom but only one room is en-suite, the other three rooms share one tiny toilet that didn’t fit me and two showers, a complete no-no. Inside was nice but not comfortable or convenient, what they did was remodeled what am guessing was the dinning room into two bedrooms. The only room that was en-suite had a sewage smell, like one of the previous booking rightly mentioned in his review. Would I stay here again absolutely not and my group wasn’t big, three people had a hard time staying here. The reason for the three star and not one star is bcos it was clean and tidy inside and to their credit they tried and sent someone to come fix the smell. Which can’t be fixed.

Good location , problems with apartment

There were multiple issues with this apartment: 1. Pictures in the listing were taken to make the rooms look much bigger than they actually are. The master bedroom has almost no storage space. 2. There is a bug issue with many gnats and roaches seen throughout. 3. The washer was broken- the management knew this from a prior guest- but did not notify us . When we used the washer the water leaked out causing` a small flood. We had planned to wash clothes and packed accordingly- so we needed to visit a laundromat (taking time from the vacation) to clean our dirty clothes. 4. The A/C did not work well in the master bedroom and one of the secondary bedrooms. Management was aware of this from a prior guest, and they did not inform us. They sent a technician on our last day of the stay after we informed them the bedrooms were hot. He was pleasant but did not correct the problem. 5. Management handled all our concerns via email. Phone calls were only for emergencies. This created a delay in answering our concerns about the washer and the A/C. When contacted the first replay was " We will send this to the team " - this seemed like a delaying tactic. Overall we give the rental a 2 out of 5 stars mostly because of the location and the fixtures and appliances (except washer) in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! The company was great to work with - they checked in with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location is fabulous - lots of cafes close by, about a 10 minute walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame, a mall down the street, a great playground for kids nearby - really I couldn't ask for anything better!

The perfect stay

Thank you Raphael and Marie! We had an absolutely lovely time in your gorgeous flat. Our two teenagers were rhapsodic about their glassed-in “princess bedrooms” and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the August heat. We also want to commend you on your utter professionalism in reaching out to us every day and making sure that we were happy and had all we needed. Excellent excellent personal service, much appreciated. We will be back!
