Fantastic all around

Perfect location, walk to EVERYTHING! Beautiful apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. Lorenzo was a wonderful host. Greeted us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, gave great restaurant recommendations and booked us taxis to leave. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!

Family Florence Getaway

Had a wonderful two nights in Florence at Lorenzo’s apartment! It was perfect, centrally located, enough space for 2 adults and 10, 14 year old. 2 bathrooms was wonderful. He even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in town. It was a perfect stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This apartment was in the heart of Florence - great location. It was very clean and spacious. Lorenzo (owner) was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Florence. We would stay here again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. The location of the property is wonderful, so close to everything. Very spacious and clean with all of the Florentine charm. The balcony was fun at night when live music played in the market across the street. Highly recommend!

Long Weekend in Florence

Outstanding apartment

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment. Location is awesome. On same street as the Ponte Vecchio Everything is very close. Lorenzo, our host, is very caring and considerate and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Ideal location. Serenaded by violins in the square. Breakfast and/or wine on the balcony. Steps from everything. And the host was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Close to all main Florence attractions

We loved this apartment.Lorenzo was fabulous, immediately responding, including calling us a taxi to leave. We were walking distance to so many sites .. Duomo, Uffizi Beds and bedding were great. Place was spotless. He left us flowers and coffee….the only problem was street noise.

Better than a luxury 5 star hotel

Lorenzo is a friendly, very helpful and responsive host. His home is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, rooms stay cool and you can near black out the windows for a good nights rest. Location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to everything. Lorenzo’s home made us wish we stayed in Florence longer. A real pleasure if you get a chance to stay here. Thank you for everything Lorenzo!

Perfect Stay

The apartment was in the perfect location. Lorenzo met us and checked us in and even helped with the luggage. Lorenzo had a bottle of wine and ear plugs waiting. The apartment is directly outside the Mercato so it could be noisy but that did not matter. We could walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Heaven on Earth

Where to start? Lorenzo is the most gracious host and was so helpful…a complete gentleman. The apartment itself is fantastic with all the comforts of a hotel with great water pressure, A/C in all the rooms, clean and spotless and in the heart of the city but the kitchen, TV and dining area makes you feel like a local. We absolutely loved our stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Florence. In fact, we were able to walk to nearly all of Florence’s must-see sights, making it the ideal base for exploring the city.One of our favourite experience was simply relaxing on the balcony, watching the lively street life unfold below. It was the perfect spot for people-watching, soaking in the vibrant energy of Florence, and enjoying the countless nearby cafés and restaurants.Our host, Lorenzo, gave us the warmest welcome on arrival. Fantastic facility with the most gracious host

Lorenzo was amazing ( the host). The showers great the beds comfortable and the location spectacular. Everything was walking distance and the appointments in the apartment perfect. Two great bedrooms and 2 great bathrooms. Bring in the middle of Firenze does mean busy streets and night sounds. But that is part of the charm. You are living in the heart of the city with the city noise that is part of the experience. Bravo. Highly recommend. It was me and my sister -lots of space.for the 2 of us. Wonderful.

A truely magical stay

What a wonderful experience. The location is extraordinary but to focus solely on the location is selling this apartment short. The presentation of the apartment in this 16th century building was everything we had hoped for. The host, Lorenzo, was so welcoming and generous, nothing was too much trouble. A bottle of wine on arrival, so beautifully presented, was the perfect start to our stay. A lift meant we didn’t have to lug our suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. And then there is the location! Beware though, being opposite Florence’s famous leather market might result in some damage to your wallet! Thank you Lorenzo for a truely memorable stay.

Truly a great location in Florence

You cannot ask for a better location in Florence. The apartment is right across the street from the Mercato Centrale and a very short walk to the Ponte Vecchio, the Piazza della Repubblica and the Piazza della Signoria The windows overlook the market and there is a narrow long balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the liveliness of the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It can be noisy on the street so if this is a concern perhaps this is not the place for you, but I did enjoy the beautiful music being played in the market in the evening hours. Lorenzo was an accommodating host and allowed us to store our bags in the apartment on the last day while we walked around the city before our train departed.

Perfect Apartment in a perfect location!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. The location alone is worth the stay - but the properly air conditioned 2 bedrooms are perfect. The bedding is comfortable as well as the pillows. Each bedroom has a window overlooking the market. The living room has a balcony overlooking the side street and is a wonderful place to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine! The showers are on the small side - but the water is hot and has great pressure. I would definitely stay here again. Lorenzo, the agent handling this apartment, is very easy to contact and takes care of all requests quickly.
