Our stay was just as anticipated! The condo is in a great location and fit our family of 5 perfectly. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the food the host left for us in the refrigerator. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay and impression as first timers to Florence with the condo setting the tone from the beginning. Beautiful brick walls and furniture and is in close proximity to a number of attractions, including the Duomo. We regrouped and relaxed at the condo throughout the day during our visit. In particular, we enjoyed the seating area by the balcony doors which open up and overlook a vibrant street—day and night. Made us feel like we were part of the city from the privacy of our condo. The other outdoor areas were a plus. Host was in touch a few days prior, responsive and left us some snacks, including coffee and orange juice. A nice touch. Overall a great location and spot. You feel like you are in the heart of it all. Would recommend it.

Beautiful property! It looks even better than the pictures. I would suggest that if you have young children or mobility issues the stairs might be a little tricky.

What a fabulous property!! Everything was top tier - location, furnishings, cleanliness, affordability, space, amenities, etc. I wished we could have stayed longer to be honest. We were within 15 minutes walking distance to all of the tours and attractions that we wanted to check out. The neighborhood feels safe and has everything you could possibly need, including a delicious Gelato shop and the New Bridge Pizza Club, which we took full advantage of. The hosts were so helpful and inviting. We were there during a heat wave and the building was nice and cool plus it had air conditioning. Bonus laundry! I promise you'll want to stay forever.

A very unique experience.I personally loved the decor and the way the place was done.It was very warm and really felt like I was in italy with the stone walls and cement floors. Host was very responsive. The place was very clean. We had some minor issues with the hot water butt they fixed it right away. Very convenient location. However, be aware there is a bar right downstairs that can be a little noisy in the evening so make sure you shut your windows. Wonderful experience I highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Florence. The location is perfect and just a couple blocks from the Duomo. Also this listing has been very well up-dated including a steam sauna in one of the restrooms, two outdoor terraces and both a clothes washer and dryer! Of note, with the fabulous location, some of the bar activity is heard at night. Claudio was very attentive, oriented us and also made a trip with extra keys. Great communication with Sandy during the stay. Very clean!

Great place to stay! Very unique space. The spiral staircase may not be for everyone to access the second bedroom. The main bedroom privacy screen is very awkward to use. A curtain may be a better idea.
