Beautiful house with totally private pool in Costitx.

The house has two bedrooms, a double room on the ground floor and another room on a loft that is accessed from the living room. It has a full bathroom.

The living room is very spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchenette.

The exterior of the house has a porch with a table to have breakfast, or eat in the shade and enjoy the pleasant climate of the island surrounded by nature.

In the barbecue area we have a relaxation area with sun loungers and a private pool for our clients to cool off on summer days.

For the little ones there is a play area and for the older ones a chill out area where you can relax and watch the sunset.

-If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, despite this, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.

- GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Grosses Grundstück

Sehr schön grosses Grundstück mit vielen Palmen und Grünpflanzen und Pool! Absolute Privatsphäre, alles in allem sehr schön. Leider hat die Klima nicht funktioniert und das war bei starker Hitze ein bisschen ein Problem.

Séjour Majorque

Superbe logement avec un jardin privatif exceptionnel. Très bon emplacement central pour visiter l’île. Dommage cependant que l’hébergement soit situé sous le couloir aérien de l’aéroport de Palma.

Lage - Einflugschneise der Flugzeuge

Die Finca und der Garten sind wirklich hübsch und gepflegt. Es fehlten allerdings die Mikrowelle, das Bügelbrett und das Bügeleisen, die angegeben waren. Bei einem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt nicht so nice. Aber vor allem abends alle 2 min laute Flugzeuge, wie Perlen an einer Kette. Haben nach wenigen Tagen eine andere Finca gebucht und wurden hier in Costitx nicht aus dem Vertrag entlassen, obwohl der große Mangel - der unüberhörbare Fluglärm - oft bis 24.00 Uhr, nicht angegeben worden war. Das könnte eine Täuschung des Mieters sein, oder?

Esperienza positiva, ottimo per rilassarsi, molto intimo! Tutto pulito. Manca l'asciugacapelli, in estate non è un problema ma in aprile poteva essere utile.
