Perfect stay for Blenheim Palace

A wonderful location in central Woodstock and within easy walking distance of Blenheim Palace. The host was very helpful and friendly.

All in beautiful bloom

The entire process from beginning to end was a smooth, well communicated process. Leslie is the owner and lives next door. She is delightful, friendly, and attentive as needed. She keeps the garden in the back in pristine condition. It was incredibly beautiful and in full bloom during our stay. The house has all stated accommodations, very comfortable, well supplied, and clean. The location is within walking distance to Blenheim Palace as well as restaurants, shops and bars. A nice grocery is also nearby. The palace grounds are amazing and I enjoyed having a long walk in the morning. We will stay here again. Excellent stay.

Good stay in a walkable location

We stayed here while attending the Blenheim Palace horse trials. Very convenient location to walk to the Palace or to local shops/restaurants. The home was very comfortable and the host was helpful when we had questions or requests. The sunroom and garden in particular were lovely. Would highly recommend!

Nice quiet well equipped property

Property location but of a surprise, but Property itself as described. Quite location. Can hear owls of a night time. Blenham a very short walk from house. Property well equipped. Local co-op. Good bus service to Oxford. Plenty to do around woodstock. Owner could not be more helpful or friendly.

Very nice house and location

The house was very clean and well equipped. The owner Leslie was very nice and helpful during our stay. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed. Overall and great stay!

Very nice holiday

A quiet haven.

High Trees is situated in a quiet location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. Woodstock is an iconic town in the Cotswolds. There is a great variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. You are just a few minutes walk from Blenheim Palace and Blenheim Park.

With its glorious honey-coloured streets full of picturesque creeper-clad cottages and elegant town houses, Woodstock combines excellent modern amenities with Olde-worlde English charm. Its charming centre boasts a museum, post office, two banks, numerous inns, tea shops, restaurants, a number of boutiques and local stores, along with a host of other services. Fresh produce, and a whole lot more, can be picked up at the local delicatessen.
