Large contemporary Kitchen is at the heart of the house, with 10 person dining table, breakfast bar with stools and corner sofa with 60 inch TV, all Sky channels and Sonos music system, with french doors leading to the large patio and gardens Off the kitchen is a utility room with all appliances including waste disposal and 2 doors one leading directly into the gym and the other leading directy into the double garage. Oustide the gym is an outhouse, that has been purposely converted to a home Cinema boasting sofa seating for 8 guests, full internet access and a 120inch HD screen The lounge is a major feature with a 55 inch TV, all Sky channels and Sonos with open fire place, and bi-fold doors opening onto the large patio areas to the outdoor kitchen, hot tub and tennis court. The downstairs space also includes, Cloakroom and WC, large childrens playroom with driect access to large patio area and stairs leading up to the second floor Upstairs the house has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite bathrooms & both have large screen TV's and full Sky channels .The master comprises of walk in dressing room with spa bath and there is an office set up in bedroom 3 . All rooms have fibre broadband and Sonos powered by Alexa
