An elegant retreat in the heart of old town

Finely renovated apartment on the second floor of a historic building overlooking the arcades of Desenzano, just a few steps from the picturesque Old Port.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a covered parking space just 300 meters away. An ideal solution for those who wish to leave the car behind for a few days and take advantage of the nearby train station and ferry connections. The apartment features a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and direct access to a balcony overlooking Piazza Malvezzi, in the heart of the historic center. It includes a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a second room that serves as a lounge or additional bedroom, equipped with a double sofa bed. Perfect for comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
Located on the third floor without an elevator. The price includes final cleaning and linen. The tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night is not included. The cost of covered parking of €10.00 per day is not included.

Lovely and well sized apartment in the most perfect location. Matteo and Izabela were most helpful with the check in process and in giving advice for local restaurants. It was lovely to sit on the balcony, enjoying a drink, whilst people watching.Next to the apartment there's an amazing coffee shop / ice cream parlour (Cuomo), which is great for a light breakfast or evening gelato. Would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Desenzarno del Garda.

Awesome Appartment at Lake Garda

We had a wonderful stay at Matteos and Federicas appartment! It was extreme clean and new and the hosts were very helpful and they gave us a warm welcome! The location of the appartment is in the very heart of Desenzano - a quite city at Lake Garda and compared to other spots not that touristy! The nearby beaches are easily reached by foot or by car. Thanks for having us and we would definitely recommend to stay there!

The apartment is in a perfect central location, just a short walk from everything in the old town. It’s well-furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. Matteo and Izabela were wonderfully responsive and helpful with every question we had.Keep in mind that the building is in the historic center and doesn’t have an elevator. The apartment is on the third floor, so if you tend to overpack, hauling luggage up the stairs can be a workout. Otherwise, it’s a charming and convenient place to call home while exploring Lake Garda.

Amazing appartment right in the heart

Such a lovely, well thought out, modern yet homely appartment. Really enjoyed our stay here! Located right in the centre just a step into the main town 2 minutes to the harbour and a short 15 minute walk to the station. Plenty of lovely stores and resturants on the doorstep and ability to go so many places with the use of the boats and trains including verona, sirmione, venice and more! Its is a more traditional, beutiful area and the only thing to note is it is a peacful place. Not much stays open very late but that was perfect for us visitng so many parts of italy. We was welcomed warmly and shown around, matteo and his lovely partner where avalible and left us water, wine and everything we could need. Lovely people who kindly held our reservation while we got our money back on someone who cancelled on us! Would deffinately recomend to anyone!

dit appartement id het beste wat we ooit hebben meegemaakt,100 procent score.los van isabella en mateo deze gastheer en gastvrouw staan je dus gewoon op te wachten aan de rand van het dorp en lopen voor je uit naar het huisje,deze mensen staan voor alles met je klaar,en luister goed naar isabella want die weet je alles te vertellen over de omgeving.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung, die direkt in der Fußgängerzone liegt, ist ein Traum. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, da kann man mal, bei schlechtem Wetter, auch ein paar Stunden gut verbringen. Matteo und Izabela haben uns auch mit auch mit dem Gepäck geholfen, da die Wohnung im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug liegt, kam uns das sehr entgegen. Leider wurde dieser Sachverhalt auf der FeWo Seite nicht erwähnt. Das Auto war in einem Parkhaus in ca. 300m Entfernung gut untergebracht (Parkgebühr im Preis enthalten).
