• This extra-spacious 125m² apartment on the first floor offers a unique experience in the central London. Featuring one of the most inviting high-ceiling living rooms, it seamlessly connects to an outdoor balcony and a mezzanine with two additional beds, creating the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite and the rarely found UK Super King Size bed (180x200 cm / 6’ x 6’6”), while the second bedroom offers a UK King-size bed, ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay. It also includes a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.

• The property is extremely well connected to the Transport for London network. Lancaster Gate Tube station (Central Line) is just a 5-minute walk away, while Paddington Station is a little over 10 minutes on foot. From Paddington, you can take the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line, or National Rail to reach Heathrow Airport in under 30 minutes.

• The Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and Harrods are all less than a mile away, making for a pleasant 20-minute walk through Hyde Park. Kensington Palace is even closer, just a short 10-minute stroll from the apartment.

This is a really great place: very nice location, beautiful interior, well-stocked, great beds, and a lot of space. We were there during an unusually hot week, but the windows and fans made it more than bearable.

Excellent, safe and quiet location. Host was accommodating and very helpful, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Accommodations were lovely - elegant but livable. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Great appartement exactly as described. But my favorite are the little included things that make your stay easier (no need to rush grocery shopping the first night): Shower soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, washing machine and dishwasher soap etc etc. Awesome!

The apartment was very sizeable. It was clean, kitchen was great and the area was quiet at night. It was located near tube stations and bus stops. There were ample dinning options nearby. This was really a perfect spot to stay during one of the busiest times in London.

Fantastic Place and Host

Gordana is a fantastic host. She is super quick to reply to our doubts during the booking process and a great host during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, well decorated, with a good shower and bed. The kids loved the beds in the mezzanine. It was a perfect apartment for our family.

Fantastic flat in Bayswater

This flat was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location for our visit to London. The twin beds in the loft were a cool separate space for our teen girls. And the outside patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Communication with Gordana was very smooth. We would absolutely stay here again - what a find!

Spacious flat by Hyde Park.

We spent 4 nights in this spacious flat. It is steps away from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and is walking distance to Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations. We really enjoyed retreating to this flat after a busy day in central London and drinking coffee on the cosy balcony. The host provided detailed and timely communication.

Fantastic!

What a fantastic place to stay while in London! The apartment is beautiful, light filled, spacious with high ceilings. We loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and afternoon tea/wine. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and bright. Location was convenient and quiet. Host was lovely - great recommendation of Les Filles for breakfast. We will Highly recommend to family and friends. Cheers!

Giordana was fantastic. Great communication, VERY helpful. The property looks just like the photos. I traveled with my 2 adult children (24 & 22). The area was very nice, easy walk to food and metro. Very comfortable space, it had everything we needed. There is no dryer, but the heated towel racks & radiators dried things just fine. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks!

The property is spacious, clean. The bathrooms are on the small size, but probably on par for London. The manager had the place ready for us, and the keys were in a lock box. The location is on the edge of Kensington, and close to the Lancaster gate Underground. Cabs and Uber are readily available. It is a quiet area. It is not handicapper accessible. There are stairs to enter the building, and the lift only goes between floors, thus a person has to negotiate a few stairs on the minimum to get into the building if staying on the lower floor, but as we were staying on the 1st floor (which would be the second floor in the US), we either had to climb up 2 flights of stairs, or come down 1 flight of stairs. We had to ask for extra toiletries, since they appeared to not be replenished prior to our entering. No body lotion is provided, so bring your own. The washer/dryer is a combo and utterly useless at drying clothes, thus if you wish to do laundry, do not expect anything to dry for 24-36 hours. We had to hang on hangers and the clothes drying stand. For those who are interested, there is limited television offering, you have to input your own personal accounts. The Wifi seems robust, however.
