• This bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (85m²) is situated on the 2nd floor of a charming Victorian building, accessible via a lift.

The apartment just has been updated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a spacious UK King-size bed (5’0’’ x 6’6’’) and a private en-suite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms each include a comfortable UK Double bed (4’5’’ x 6’3’’) and share a well-appointed bathroom.

Lancaster Gate Tube station (Central Line) is just a 5-minute walk away, while Paddington Station is a little over 10 minutes on foot. From Paddington, you can take the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line, or National Rail to reach Heathrow Airport in under 30 minutes.

• The Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and Harrods are all less than a mile away, making for a pleasant 20-minute walk through Hyde Park. Kensington Palace is even closer, just a short 10-minute stroll from the apartment.

Wow! We highly recommend staying here. The area is quiet, beautiful and so close to so many things that we wanted to do while we were in London. The beds were so comfortable, the house was so clean, I can’t say enough good things about it.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderderful stay. Gordana was responsive and helpful. The apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was great - a short walk to the Underground and bus stop and close to stores and cafes.

Family trip to London

Beautiful property. We loved being so near to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and Paddington Station. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Gordana was helpful and replied quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent flat near Hyde Park

We really enjoyed our visit to London and the flat was perfectly located to enjoy every bit that the city has to offer. We walked in Hyde Park every day and made great use of the nearby tube stops. The flat was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and well-appointed flat in a great location.

Comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom flat in a great location close to public transit, pubs and restaurants. Five minute walk to Hyde Park. Good communication with property manager and the flat is stocked with the necessities. Highly recommend!

Very Close to Hyde Park and Paddington

Great time away while in London. Jogged daily at Hyde Park. Cabs or the bus line is nearby as well as Restaurants around the corner. Great place to stay. The elevator or the lift is available if needed.

Summer vacation

My family was very comfortable in this well maintained flat. It was very clean and spacious. We really appreciated having fans in all the rooms as it was unusually warm during our stay. Gordana was very responsive and accommodating. I would not hesitate recommending this property.

Wonderful Property!

Such a great place. Gordana and her associate were easy to work with and very accommodating. The listing said it had a washer and dryer, but it was just a washer but we made it work. It is very convenient to have and we were grateful for all the conveniences of home. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent Space and Location!

Very comfortable flat ith a lift available for luggage and the elderly. Kitchen stocked with the essentials for basic cooking, we had a wonderful time. Location close to several Underground lines and bus stops. This made getting around easy and reasonably priced. Gordana is super-responsive, the whole stay experience was exceptional!

Family friendly location

We picked the location because of the closeness to Hyde Park with playgrounds for grandson, as well as a major road and underground station. The property offered 3 bdrms and was a quiet street and surrounding area. The comms with the Prop Mgr were excellent and she was flex with the arrival/departure times which help with our logistics. There is a Hertz car drop off location within a mile, as well as a petrol station. So, that was very helpful to us. Also, close to Paddington Station for fast rail transport to Heathrow for our departure.

Great location

This place was one of the best locations we have stayed at in London. Hyde park was just across the street. There were two underground stations a sort walk away, maybe five minutes. If you wanted a cab all you had to do was walk toward the park and there was always one. The rooms were spacious we have two couples and two kids 6 and 8 and there was plenty of space. There are a few stairs as it is on the second floor or third floor for Americans but there is a small elevator that really helps with luggage. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Lovely Apartment close to buses and tube

The apartment was very comfortable for the three of us. We were close to the bus stop which included city bus as well as hop on hop off. It was about a 15 min walk to Queensway Rd with lots of food options and several markets. One of my sisters had some mobility issues so it was nice she could take the lift to the apartment and she utilized Uber Eats frequently when she didn’t feel like going out with us. Hyde Park is just across the street and I never heard any street noises in the evening. Overall a great experience!

Perfect location and flat for family of 5

We had a wonderful stay in London! This flat was the perfect size and location for all that we had planned to do while in town. It was very close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens as well as the Tube and bus stops. Quiet street and building. The space accommodated our family well! Each of our children had their own sleeping space, a kitchen for breakfasts before heading out for the day or a snack when we returned. Two bathrooms was very helpful with a larger family. Super easy check in and check out. Gordana was quick to answer our messages and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this flat to anyone staying in London, especially families or first timers. Our kids (age 11, 13 and 15) had a great time and wanted to stay longer! We would love to make a return trip in the future and would stay here if it was available.

The perfect place in the perfect location

I can't say enough good things about this place. Gordana was the perfect host who met us at the property and showed us how everything worked. There were six of us total for about 7 days total. The flat is located 10 minutes from Paddington station and the Heathrow Express and only about five minutes from the Direct Line.. Further you're about 3 minutes walk from two grocery stores and a block away from the Hyde Park entrance. The place has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen area. There was no noise coming from the other places in the building and our stay was pretty quiet. Everytime we had a question, Gordana was very fast to reply. Next time we stay in London we are hopeful the place will be available for us to stay again. Thanks Gordana.

Awesome 9 days for a family of 7

My husband, myself, our four teenage children and a friend stayed at this flat for 9 days in Aug and it was just right for our needs. The layout of the flat made it feel spacious even with 6 large bodies and noise didn't travel. The kitchen was great for breakfasts. Coffee pods for the Nespresso machine was generously supplied and the toaster and microwave were indispensable. Location wise, this flat is very central. Tubes and an abundance of busses are a block away. Queensway (street) is just a 10 min walk and there you'll find two continental grocery stores, Asian food stores, a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars and even a skate + bowling ally. There are a few things worth mentioning. The king size bed in the master bedroom is actually, by N. American standards, a queen. There's a clothing washer but you have to hang things to dry. We were there during the warmest days of the summer and it still took a day+. I had to use a fan to help the process along. Cooking actual meals in the kitchen could be challenging as it is small and very basic. And don't get me wrong, the flat was lovely with character but older than what it appears in the photos. Oh and pray that the tiny lift is working or you're climbing four flights of stairs! That said, we really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% come back. Many thanks to Gordana for being a fantastic host!!
