RENTAL INCLUDES FREE PARKING in public parking garage next door. NOTE: (1) VEHICLE, 7'-0" ENTRANCE HEIGHT - NO DUALLYS OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit, but DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. You will self-park on floor 5 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags), ask to be let off at the building entrance before the car is parked.

FULL DISCLOSURE: The bedroom & living room wall backs up to the nightclub next door - you're in the heart of NOLA! You will hear muffled bass and DJ until early morning. We provide ear plugs if you need them. We also have a box fan for white noise. This is a dwelling among the locals. And while you will not get the "Hyatt quiet" at night, you will be blessed with a deafening silence in the morning (no 3AM garbage trucks).

THIS WELL-EQUIPPED HOME has all the essentials needed for a FABULOUS stay. Fully appointed kitchen; small dining nook with pub height table (seating for 3); living room with queen size sofa bed & flat screen TV; 1 B/R with a QUEEN SIZE pillow top bed (RAISED) & flat screen TV; Bluetooth Sound Bar; complimentary high speed wireless internet access (private to this apt); complimentary cable provided for both TVs.

The bathroom is located through the bedroom, is fully appointed with TP, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer, too!

KITCHEN INCLUDES dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer/ice maker, blender, Keurig and a water cooler! And a toaster; the most overlooked, undermentioned, never-asked-for appliance EVER - lol!

IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
Our HOME and BUILDING is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property; you may smoke/vape on the 4th floor or outside the front of our building. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

We cannot accept 3-party rentals. The person booking must be at least 25 years of age and staying the duration of the booking. If you book this for someone else to stay it will be canceled.

As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 5 guests (if you have a 6th under 18 yrs, ask us). Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during hurricane season. Vrbo will not cover you. We refund only if there is a mandatory evacuation. Travelers insurance takes care of the rest of it.

LOCATION:
You'll find we are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St., Jackson Square, The French Market - and 2 blocks over from the streetcar lines. In addition we are a short car ride to The Arena, Caesar's Dome, and The Convention Center - although most guests choose to walk to the Dome for games.

OUR GUESTS frequently stop back "home" during the day due to our central location, providing a convenient respite before heading back out! You can also spend time at the patio table outside our sliding door, relaxing with coffee, a cool beverage and/or a good book.

So if you're searching for a change of pace from a hotel stay, then our place is YOUR place when you're going to be away!
