Very central three-room apartment of approximately 70 sqm located on the raised ground floor within a residential complex immersed in greenery, situated at the entrance of the historic centre of Lazise, just 200 metres from the lakeside and the beach. From the balcony, equipped with table and chairs, one can enjoy a relaxing view of the swimming pool and the surrounding large garden.

The apartment consists of a bright living area with a kitchenette with gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric/microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Wooden table in country chic style suitable for hosting up to 6 people. A comfortable double sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children) and a reading armchair complete the living room. Air conditioning, satellite TV and wifi available for guests. Double bedroom with wardrobe, small bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe. Windowed bathroom with shower cabin and convenient washing machine. A covered parking space within the complex available, access manoeuvre with limited space (width 235 cm, height 200 cm, depth 600 cm). Cellar where bicycles can be parked safely, sun loungers available for guests for use in the pool (swimming cap mandatory - pool use guaranteed 15/06-15/09 - open only during lifeguard hours 11.00/13.00 and 15.30/19.30). Pets not allowed, non-smoking apartment.

The final price is composed of:

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
