Beautiful apartment close to beach and town.

Carlos was extremely helpful and welcoming and made himself available anytime. The apartment is spacious and was clean on arrival. It’s position is right behind the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town centre. We stayed in December and the weather was still beautiful, the sun warm and the air cool. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. The apartment was reasonably priced at this time of year. Gracias Carlos.

Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en perfect gelegen.

Prima onderhouden appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien (oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine, 2 badkamers, plafond ventilatoren, airco (tegen betaling), grote woonkamer, rolluiken rondom, etcetera) Het balkon is gigantisch en loopt over de hele zijkant en achterkant van het appartement. Meerdere zitjes aanwezig op het balkon en er is een kist met strandartikelen zoals parasol, schepjes, emmertjes, racket balspel etc. Afstand tot het strand.. 170m. Lekker dichtbij! Advies..als je een huurauto hebt... huur de parkeerplaats (onder het appartement) van Carlos erbij.. Op mooie stranddagen staan de straten stampvol en je auto staat veilig en koel. En de eigenaar Carlos.. Echt heel aardig en correct, met een leuk klein dorps supermarktje (Ultramarinos Mena) en eerlijke prijzen. Al met al een aanrader! @Carlos, Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay in your appartement! Hope to see you again. Beste regards

Holiday April 2019

Had a lovely week in the apartment. It is superbly located just back from Burriana Beach. Easy parking outside and just a 15-20 min stroll into town ... the hill gets easier the more you do it! Great terraces with comfy furniture and inside was well laid out, well furnished and really well equipped with everything you could need. Carlos was very friendly and made the check in super easy and the little welcome pack was a nice touch. Highly recommended

Burriana beach apartment

we were met by Carlos the owner at the apartment showed us every thing we needed to know also left us a welcome pack including bottle of wine which was a really nice way to start our holiday. The apartment was fantastic very spacious and very clean with a beautiful wrap around balcony where there were sun beds and table and chairs to eat out side, sun was there all day and evening. The beach was a 2 minute walk with a few bars and plenty of places to eat with a super market on the corner. Over the zig zag path which took 10 minutes into Nerja old town which was bigger very pretty streets with many bars and restaurants some with live music. We hope to go back in the future. Thanks Carlos you have a beautiful apartment.

A really well presented apartment and Carlos was very considerate and helpful.

This is the first time (in circa 20 visits to Burriana) that we didn't stay on the beach front, but it was quite nice being back from the beach for a change. I was also concerned (when we arrived) that the sun terrace was overlooked by people walking up and down "heart attack hill", but it wasn't a problem. In fact, watching the beac goers go up and down the hill was a source of entertainment, especially when a confused tourist tried to drive up it, resulting in a 200 point turn at the hairpin, marshalled by about 20 beach goers. No damage done and no one got hurt, so it was quite funny.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sogar mit 2 Badezimmern! Auch wir haben ein Willkommensgeschenk bekommen - sogar Überraschungseier für die Kinder. Kleine Geste macht großen Unterschied! Sehr nette Vermieter. Dank Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern und Klimaanlage war auch die Hitze Ende Aug/Anf. Sep gut zu ertragen. Sehr empfehlenswert: Ausflug zu den Höhlen 'cuevas de Nerja', nur 4 km entfernt. Ohne Auto auf jeden Fall den Zug buchen - Tickets gibts im Museum, dann ist Zug, Museum und Eintritt zur Höhle dabei und man spart sich lange Wartezeiten für Tickets an der Höhle. Sehr schöner, langer Strand, ganz nah!

Very nice appartment in great location

We stayed for one week in this very nice appartment. Location was great with a short stroll to Burriana beach and restaurants. The appartment has a large balcony and there is a nice pool downstairs. The owner was very friendly and we recieved some welcome treats when we arrived. Highly recommended.

Heel fijn appartement op een perfecte plek

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fijne appartement! De ligging is perfect, in het stadje is alles aan te lopen. Het appartement is ruim en licht en heeft een super groot balkon! Altijd keuze uit zon of schaduw,verder is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig in het appartement. Carlos is een prima gastheer, alles was prima geregeld. Wij vinden het appartement een aanrader!

Excellent apartment in great location

We have just arrived home from a fantastic 10 night stay in this excellent modern, clean and spacious apartment. The apartment has everything needed for a relaxing stay and also has a very large terrace which wraps around the apartment and can be accessed from all rooms. It is located just 2 minutes from Burriana beach and a 15 minute stroll from Nerja town, both of which have a great selection of bars and restaurants. Carlos greeted us on arrival and made sure we felt very welcome from the start - he even provided us with a welcome pack. We would definitely return to this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nerja.

Lovely well situated appartment

we had a wonderful time in this great appartment which is even more lovely than you can see in the pictures. It is spaceous, very close to the beach and nice restaurants and has stunning terraces around the appartment. You can either have sun or shadow as you like. The appartment was very clean and cosy decorated. The walk to the old city center is really nice and takes only a small 15 minutes. We surely will come back here when we are in Nerja again. Carlos is very kind and helpful.

Great appartment that live up to the description

The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully decoreret.Terrassen is fantastic and there is a possibility to enjoy the sun all day..The appartment is 3 minutes from the lovely sandy beach with lots of restaurants. There is approximately a 10 minute walk into Nerja town center The owner is extremely helpful and friendly in all respects. We have had a lovely week and we would like to come back again.
