Located close to the beach in Nerja, 'Apartment ARCE Frontline Seaview' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with floor heating and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, air conditioning (in both bedrooms and living room, and kitchen), a washing machine as well as a TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from April to October), is also available for your use.

Pets are not allowed.

Possibility to park the car in the community.

An elevator is available in the building.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Da leiligheten anvendes for utleie, var det ikke overfylt av andres private ting som det kan være i andre lignende leiligheter. Leiligheten ligger ved havet, flott utsikt og kort vei til det meste. Pros: Absolute Top Lage und das Apartment war in einem unglaublichen guten Zustand. Sehr schön gemacht, einfache und Stil bewusste Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Die Möbel und auch der Wandschmuck etc. waren sehr schön und passten perfekt zusammen. Man merkt die Handschrift der Besitzer und die wissen was eine schöne Ferienwohnung ausmacht. Cons: Prinzipiell war alles perfekt und es ist schwierig etwas zu finden, was und nicht gefallen hätte. Wir waren begeistert und sind es jetzt noch.
