Set in the tranquil village of Aignerville, this charming holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with a private illuminated garden-perfect for relaxing evenings or intimate dinners under the stars. The peaceful surroundings offer a great retreat for families or couples seeking quality time together. Just 18 km away, Bayeux invites you to explore its vibrant town center, shop your favorite brands, and dive into local culture. History buffs will appreciate the proximity to Omaha and Gold Beach, as well as the Normandy American Cemetery (6 km) and Bayeux's extensive war museum showcasing powerful exhibits from WWII. Inside, the home stays warm and cozy during winter thanks to its heating system. Parking is available on-site next to the gîte. Guests are kindly asked to dispose of trash in the black bin before departure. Very nice house

We had a great stay in a convenient, well equipped house. Located nearby many D-day hot spots and nice French harbours. The house itself is located on a very nice and tranquil place. We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the organisation.

Normandy for DDay

We loved the location of our Normandy apartment. It took a few minutes for us to find it. The picture used is looking from the parking area toward the road you pull in from. This was an absolutely beautiful place, rose bushes and hydrangeas as large as a person. Quiet and peaceful. Close to the main interstate and just minutes away from several small communities. We loved it!

A nice and clean home in a secluded area in Normandy. Best suited for a family with one or two kids at max. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, is suitable for preparing simple meals. Enough space to sit inside, or if weather permits use the outside area. Note that closest shops are 10min drive away, for larger supermarkets it's required to drive to Bayeux (20min). Close to Omaha beach - about 10 to 15 minutes - and also the other beaches are well within reach.

Beautiful farmhouse in Normandy, close to the seaside.

This lovely apartment lies in an old stone outhouse next to the farmhouse used by the landlord as a holiday home. The interior design is clear, simple and tasteful. Everything one needs is there, including good kitchen utensils, and a courtesy bottle of cidre as a welcome gift. We met the landlords occasionally in the yard, they were, warm, generous and discrete. There is a little garden, separated from the main farmhouse by hedges, with a table with parasol, and also four deckchairs to relax in. We can heartily recommend this place for a family holiday. The house is 6km from Omaha beach, in the middle of D-Day country.

Er stond “goede wifi”, hieronder versta ik dat je netflix kan kijken. Dit kon echt niet met de sterkte van de verbinding.
