2018年春季予約が開始されました。 新しい2ベッドコーチハウスは、メインハウス、ビーチから少し道路に接続されています。 文字を尊重した現代的。ダブルベッドルーム2室、うち1室はツイン/ダブルとして使用できます。 Master Bedroomには豪華な専用バスルームがあります。 家族の台所は良質の電気器具と真新しいです。 ログバーナー付きキャラクターリビングルーム。 南の庭にはサンデッキ付きの上質な人工芝があります。 2台の車のためのORP。 Stour川が近くにあり、クライストチャーチのそばのボーンマスの東の境界に位置しています。

Great property. Felt spacious for the 4 of us.Great hosts. Good communication. Very thoughtful. Appreciated the welcome pack after long drive.Great location. Short walk to Southbourne high street. Handy for restaurants. We enjoyed the Tapas bar, Bodega. Plenty of coastal walks to choose from either from the house or within 20-30 min drive. Cinema is a short drive away too.Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to return.

Amazing location, parking off road, Cleanest & well equipped that weve ever stayed at, & weve stayed at alot of cottages , nothing too much trouble to ask hosts, totally recommend that you stay here, you will not be disappointed

A fantastic place to stay - spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean, a log burner with a fire set, everything you might need in the kitchen, and just over 5 minutes walk from the beach (and a handy Co-op).There was milk and wine in the fridge and a vase of fresh flowers which was lovely. A plentiful supply of coffee pods and kitchen essentials such as foil etc were much appreciated. Communication with Richard was easy and his replies always prompt. As there were no guests immediately before or after us Richard generously offered an early check in and late check out. Thoroughly recommend!

The apartment was fantastic. Really spacious with a cosy living room and small outside area.Richard was a good host - really welcoming and regularly available to check everything was well.The apartment has everything you need and is high spec.

Weekend Trip to Bournemouth

Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities and finishing touches that really elevates it to the next level. Short walk to the beach and local shops. About 15 minutes drive to central Bournemouth. The host provided good communication and everything felt very well organised. We had a great time.

Luxury home with convenient location

From the point of booking, contact was great - to check how we'd like the beds made up etc. Really well designed and finished home with nice touches of butter, bread, jam, milk and juice being left for us on arrival. The log burner was a fab addition for us as the weather was rather rainy and chilly.

Perfect

Great apartment, we were 4 adults who found the kitchen and dining area spacious and very well equipped. The lounge was cosy with the wood burner and 3 sofas and the bedrooms were a good size, plenty of space for clothes and fantastically decorated. Two bathrooms, one en-suite made this accommodation perfect for us. Location also could not have been better.

5 Star All The Way

As we had lost our skiing holiday due to Covid restrictions, we wanted high standard family accommodation in an area that had plenty of outdoor pursuits and attractions. This apartment did not disappoint. It is immaculate. Every detail of the property is well thought out and executed. It has everything you could want or need and is so welcoming to return to after a day out. And there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Cannot fault it.

Excellent location just 5 minutes from the beach, even more excellent is the apartment. Has everything you need and plenty of space too, like a home from home. Garden was a bonus having young children. Richard was a fantastic host and always available to answer any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderfully relaxing 2-night stay here. It's spotlessly clean, the beds are really comfy and everything we needed was provided. Everything we could possibly have needed and more

We had a lovely stay. The space was immaculate and better equipped than my own house! Wine in the fridge and sky tv are great touches. We arrived at 11pm due to work commitments and road traffic diversions and still had a lovely warm welcome despite the late night. Thank you so much.

Thoroughly Recommended!

Very nice place to stay, well decorated, spacious, comfortable and well equipped it is an easy house to stay in. The host is excellent, very attentive and courteous. The location is good within easy walking of the beach, close to Christchurch, shops and restaurants.

Amazing host and house

I literally don’t know where to begin from start to finish Richard is wonderful, he goes above and beyond to look after you and ensure you have everything you need (even bringing a selection of cool boxes over first thing in the morning) he is happy to answer questions and gives great advise where to go he is outstanding and this shows in the coach house, it is a beautiful property and we enjoyed every minute staying there. It has everything you need with a touch of luxury. Our only moan was we had to come home, we cannot wait to return and have already recommended Richard and his home. Thanks for having us! A real ‘Perfect stay’

We loved our stay from start to finish, we couldn’t fault a thing. Richard was in contact prior to our stay and then extremely helpful with good places to go whilst we were there. Now, the property, perfect for our needs, two sets of parents each with a 1 year old, they were able to run free in the garden whilst we were able to relax on the terrace (maybe a spot of sunbathing on the loungers too). The rooms were of ample size (with a travel cot in each) and the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room all finished to a high standard. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be back! Thank you Richard.

Best holiday apartment in the UK

What a wonderful place to stay for up to 6 people. Close to the beach, spacious, contemporary design, faultless and perfectly clean. But to top it off, the service and warmth of the team are out of this world. Puts a 5 star hotel to shame. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back again!

Absolutely outstanding

What a glorious property. Every little detail is thought through. Extremely comfortable, clean throughout, and very welcoming. Richard can not do enough to ensure your holiday goes ok and nothing is too much. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Great location great overall would 100% recommend.

Must go back!

My friends and I absolutely loved it there, we couldn't believe how spacious and clean it was throughout the whole place. Richard was extremely informative and attentive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The area was really close to the beach and only a 15 min drive into Bournemouth. Couldn't find any faults with our weekend. The place is bigger in my opinion, than in the photos, so bright, and so clean. I would absolutely go back! Thanks again Richard :)

Myself and my partner have a local Estate Agency in Poole and we have gained significant experience in creating comfortable and state of the art contemporary homes. Our major hobbies relate to boating, that is boats with big engines as we don't have enough time to potter with sails etc, we are also into keeping fit at the gym and are not averse to good nights out.

As an annex to the existing house, we love the space and would happily live there ourselves! It has been finished to a standard far better than we could have ever hoped for and we hope all guests will enjoy a relaxing stay!

The veranda takes you onto your own south facing garden, but if it gets a bit chilly you can always relax in front of the log burner in the living room!
