Tastefully decorated holiday home with a modern and light appearance that has been decorated with love and care.

When you enter this modern furnished vacation home, which is located in the middle part of the Noordzeepark, you will find all the amenities it needs for their well-deserved vacation. The house has recently been completely renovated and is furnished with great attention to detail. 

at the entrance area on the right is the bathroom with a floor-level shower, sink and towel warmer. Also integrated here are the washing machine and dryer. Right next to it is the door to the separate toilet with a small hand basin.

Next is the large fully equipped open kitchen, which offers the best conditions and possibility for self-catering. In the spacious living-dining area you can snuggle up comfortably on the L-shaped sofa. In summer, the ceiling fan provides refreshment, and on cold days, the gas fireplace provides additional warmth.

From the dining area, the sliding door leads to the south-facing seating area with sun blinds and a rattan sofa. From the kitchen you enter the very modern designed north garden with lots of privacy, adjacent to a so-called "schurveling", a nature-protected grassed sand barrier, which is typical for the surroundings of Ouddorp. First enjoy the roasted delicacies from the stone barbecue at the garden table, and then under the large covered veranda in the lounge sofa until late hours in the fresh North Sea air with a nightcap to end the evening.  

You will sleep like you're on cloud nine in one of the box spring beds in the 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs: 2 rooms with double beds 160 x 200 cm and 1 room with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. In all rooms, there is enough storage space for your clothes. The showpiece is the second bathroom equipped with all comforts.

The whole house is equipped with floor heating and PVC floors. The storage room is at your disposal

2 cars can be parked in front of the house.

Please note: Although the owner himself has a dog, pets are not allowed! People with allergies should take this into account. 

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
